I went to get my coffee this morning and they got it wrong they put an extra shot in it. It was too sweet for me so I went around let them know got a little push back from the guy at the window … then he hands me some water down coffee probably some old one that has been just sitting there definitely not what I order so I will be speaking to someone completely unacceptable! That’s not ok! I pay for my coffee the way I wanted it I paid extra and I’m stuck with water I don’t have time to go back I’m beyond angry I have to work I’m tired and I got to deal with this! Not ok!

Got my decaf order correct, was incredibly quick, and the avocado toast was very fresh and warm! Worker at the window remembered us as regulars and we were very happy to see her, glad she’s still working here! Great service, always get what we asked for.

I always enjoy visiting this location. The workers are polite and on top of it. The Beyond breakfast sandwich was fantastic! I got it on a croissant. Their coffee is always the star of the show though. It is a must stop for breakfast.

To come here every morning and having my order always wrong is ridiculous. Coffee is old like they never change the grounds, food is always wrong or missing something, drinks are never made correctly no matter how you order them.

GROSS SUPER Disgusting !!! Extremely rude employees especially the manager!!! I had been handed my drink when I noticed a nasty fly in my drink !!! I asked for a refund and a free drink the manager refused and proceeded to call me slurs in his language!!!! As well as his employees they all laughed about the fly and did nothing do not go here extremely dirty inside flys everywhere save your health !!!! This was reported to the health department of Illinois!!!!!

Very friendly staff. Personable too. This location will always get my business after they found my father in laws lost phone and held for us to pick up. Another time they gave my daughter a free doughnut cause she waved to the drive thru window from the back seat. Nice people.
