The Manager Sam at The Colony N. Main location is always extremely friendly and professional! He provides amazing customer service, remembering my name and order preferences, always smiling and kind to all the guests. My order is always correct, cooked perfectly and delicious, it’s our favorite place to go when my daughter has friends over, cost and value can’t be beat! The Colony is grateful for the continued amazing staff and service they provide.

Terrible customer service !!! The fact that no one greets you when coming in to the store, although they see you standing there for almost 2 mins waiting patiently. Guy just proceeds to box up pizzas while staring at me but not saying a single word. Then actually turns around and goes to the back vs coming to see what the guest at the counter might need. NOw granted I did pick up a pizza from the terminal with a code but then went immediately to the counter standing there looking dude in the face waiting. And when I mentioned it he just shrugged his shoulder place the pizza down and walked away. I cant believe I just spent money with a business that can’t even acknowledge my existence!!!! Will never again come here again it’s not even worth it if the pizzas aren’t $5. Marcos or Pizza Hut down the street is a much better bargain . Terrible customer service

Horrible customer service! I was informed by an employee that I was ordering stuff crust pizza but once I received my pizza I saw that it was not stuff crust. I spoke with the manager and they informed me that I’ll have to buy another pizza in order to get the stuff crust. Why should I have to purchase another pizza when I’m not the one who made the mistake? Horrible!

We picked up a pizza Jan 26th for a kids party. It was not cooked! Kids were half way through eating when I realized! I had to stop the little ones from eating. called that same night to let them know, said they would not refund me and said they would have a manager call me back. Never did. My poor babies were eating this uncooked pizza, and I couldn’t even get a refund!

Picked up a hot and ready pizza and some crazy bread and for a pizza that was already prepared it was definitely hot, ready, and delicious! The employee though I did not get his name was so friendly, answered a couple questions for me, and laughed at my lame jokes. Overall great experience!

For what it is, this is a good place for a quick pizza. There is pretty good consistency if you order there typical Hot N Ready pizzas. I typically order on the app and pick up from the pizza portal. This last visit I ordered to Pretzel pizza because of a commercial that made it look delicious. When I got home and opened the box I felt let down. The pizza was flat, pretzel salt was everywhere and the crust tasted nothing like a pretzel. This pizza was thrown in the trash with only 2 slices being forced down. Even my husband and kids wouldn’t eat it.
Word to the cheap pizza lovers out there…. keep to what they do best: pepperoni and meat pizza. (And maybe some breadsticks 😉

Decent pizza, great price! Kids enjoy it for pizza night and save a lot cared to the other pizza places. Doesn’t deliver and doesn’t bother me. For the price who can complain.

Good enough pizza for when you are in a hurry. I’ve never had to wait. They always have pepperoni pizza and crazy bread ready. The staff is friendly and very efficient. For a quick dinner that the entire family will like this is it. Quick clean up too.
