Four stars. Stopped by Teriyaki Madness on I-10 and ordered the chicken teriyaki with white rice and veggies. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and generously portioned. The regular bowl was about $11 and a solid medium size, with junior and large options available — very good value for the price.
Plenty of parking and easy access. I ate in, and the staff was friendly and even brought the food to my table, which was a nice touch. Overall, a dependable spot for a quick, tasty, and affordable meal. Remember to tip.

I had such a great experience at Teriyaki Madness thanks to Favian! He was such a pleasure to talk to so friendly, engaging, and easy to chat with. We talked the whole time I was waiting for my food, and honestly, I didn’t even want the conversation to end when my order came out (which was super quick, by the way!). The food smelled amazing, and I couldn’t wait to get home and enjoy it. Thank you again, Favian—you really made my day and turned my visit into such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Food is decent but understand it is still pretty much fast food. Options are a bit limited but overall everything tasted good. The workers were very kind though and accommodating which was helpful dining with a picky 2 year old. Even if the food was horrible it still deserves a good rating cuz they were that nice. Place is kept clean. Only complaint is the tea was gross lol. It may have been flavored and I didn’t realize? Unpopular opinion but I like that they had Pepsi vs coke.

Yesterday I ordered from Teriyaki Madness. It was delicious. I’ll tell you one thing, they do not skimp on the chicken. I ordered a spicy chicken bowl and it had a pretty good amount of chicken and the flavor was great. I didn’t even use the Teriyaki sauce that came with it. I ordered my bowl with veggies only and though they give you a bunch of meat, they barely gave me veggies. The veggies I did have was loaded with zucchini slices. I wish they had given more broccoli and cabbage. Nevertheless it was delicious and I’d definitely order again.

Dined here with my elderly parents. Employees were patient and explained all the menu options for us (it was my parents’ first time here). My mother uses a wheelchair, my father uses a walker. One employee asked where we wanted to sit and then prepared the table for us and moved a chair so I wouldn’t have to in order to make room for my mother’s wheelchair. Our cashier asked for their drink orders, made them, and delivered them to our table. Our orders were made correctly and delivered to the table, and any special requests (like extra napkins) were promptly honored. I’ve received nothing but excellent service with a smile any time I’ve been here. The restaurant has always been spotless in my experience.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! My first time coming here and Kylie was awesome, she helped me choose the spicy chicken bowl with white rice and veggies, and it was DELICIOUS! I got the madness combo, the egg roll was super good!! The food came out super fast and it was so tasty, I highly recommend this place the food is delicious and everyone is so nice and friendly definitely coming again soon!

On the first pic my chicken breast was burnt and dried out. When I brung up the issue.. I was told “it’s either going to be raw or well because of the thickness”. The second bowl is the remake. So apparently they just took the meat off and used the same base. Bases were cold, pieces had no flavor and was still dry! Food was horrible! If this was my first time trying this restaurant, it would be my last!!
