5 stars doesn’t feel like enough. This place knocks it out of the park from the moment you walk in. They are friendly and helpful, explain everything and are super attentive. The food is amazing and I couldn’t get enough. The portions are generous to say the least. The enchiladas are delicious and the burrito was massive and filled to overflowing with flavor.

While on my visit to Salt Lake City during the holidays, My friends and I discovered this awesome Mexican restaurant! The experience was like being at a family gathering enjoying home made food! The atmosphere is very casual, the service attentive and the food top notch. The prices are very reasonable given the high quality of the food! We enjoyed the tacos. Quesadillas and Chili Rellenos! We left full and very satisfied with the experience at this mom and pop Mexican restaurant! I would highly recommend this place if you are a local or just visiting!

I did enjoy my food. My only issue was the red sauce on my chili relano , it just didn’t taste right to me. It may be fine for others. Personal preference. The people working were all very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend going there if you just want a quiet dinner and you like Mexican food.

To be honest, i wouldnt recommend this place. We got our food and it was ICE cold, the water came in bottles so we didn’t get any refills the whole time, there was only 2 of us in the restaurant and yet it took a long time for our food to come out. I got the quesabirria tacos and the meat was fatty and hard to eat. The waitress also wasn’t very nice. I wouldn’t recommend:(.

Incredible Mexican food with no gimmicks.
The tortillas are freaking home made.
We tried the cochinita pibil and the barbacoa de res. Both were phenomenal. My daughter got a quesadilla and it was top notch tasty.

Comes with a variety of toppings and homemade sauces.

Great service, it did take a minute to get out, but we were happy to wait because the food was so tasty.

Quaint little strip mall regional style Mexican restaurant. The food was generally good except the rice was room temp cold. We were there at about 6:30 on a Saturday and they said that they ran out of chip and had to make more. So no chips and salsa. That is an absolute requirement for me at a sit down Mexican restaurant.

They did had a generous serving of good flour tortillas

The food was slow to be served. and was cold as stated earlier.

I loved that it has diffident options compared to your standard Mexican American restaurant but they have a few things to work on.
