My friends and I dined in while we were travelling through Val-d’Or. We had someone recommend this place and I’m so glad we decided to eat here! Highly recommend the Pork Dumplings with Peanut sauce – SO GOOD!! I enjoyed my Pad Thai as well! Reasonably priced for quality and quantity of good! Our waiter also tried their best to communicate in English. Would come here again in the future! Merci beaucoup!!

Sweet and sour sauce on the shrimp with cashews tasted like VH sauce in a jar. Pretty awful. The rest was very good. Flat rate pricing at lunch is great!!

Tonight I ordered the mango salad and tonkinese soup. There were barely any mangoes in the salad. My main concern was that the tonkinese soup tasted more like minestrone soup with chicken and beansprouts in top… no sign of ginger, anise or fish sauce anywhere! What’s up with this?
