We’ve dined here twice, and tried a different dough each time. Here’s the breakdown.
Fans of traditional round style pies will revel in their Napoletana style dough. It’s delicious, has a nice chew and airy bubbling throughout the crust. This is better than we can make.
The Pinsa Romana dough produces a rectangular pie with a delightful char along the edge and tight bubbles throughout.
They’re both delicious, but each provides a different experience. The latter is only available on Fridays and Saturdays.

Legitimately the best white pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Meatballs were incredibly moist, great texture, & really good flavor, the pita style bread that came with was also delicious. But back to the pizza, order the Sausage Broccolini and thank me later. I did not need dessert, but the Pistachio Affogato sounded too good to pass up and so glad I didn’t… it was absolutely incredible. The service matched the food, well staffed and friendly all around, can’t wait to go back

Absolutely delicious pizza. We’ve now been twice and will be back again and again. We’ve had the Margherita in both the Napoli and Roman-style dough and love both. Each dough is delicious in its own way, but the sauce and cheese are just so delicious. The spinach & mushroom white pizza was just as delicious due to the quality mushrooms and cheese used. When you want to end with a sweet treat, the gelato is also a standout.

The best pizza in Brevard and the best real italian sandwich in Florida. I’m 9 months pregnant and counting down the days until I can partake in a cold cut sandwich again! If I could add this to my baby registry, I would.
The owner is always so nice, the service is consistent great, friendly and attentive. Everything is always so fresh and loaded up! We absolutely love this place. Wish I could give it 6 stars.

This place was amazing from the start to end. The food was so tasty we will definitely add this to our “favorites” list! We started with the Caprese salad and meatballs and both were delicious. The sauce for the meatballs was sooooo good! Sauce is boss for sure! Then we got a true Italian pizza that had the perfect crust, toppings, cheese, everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. There were fennel seeds in the crust and it was so tasty. And OmG the gelato took me back to the streets of Venice. They have a great selection of wines too. The attention to detail was amazing. They had some great music and videos playing to add to the ambiance. Sinatra and Louis Armstrong music playing in the background while beautiful serene scenes of Venice were shown on tv. The service was impeccable too. The young hostess was very fast and efficient and detail oriented so we never had to ask for much. She paid attention to what we liked and didn’t like and recommended items on the menu based on that. This is unique as most places are not as detail oriented and clicking on ALL cylinders! the owners of this establishment are from Napoli and one can taste the authenticity in the food and tastes. It was like eating food from an Italian grandma’s kitchen. The dining area was intimate and comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant for all authentic Italian cuisine.

Coming from the restaurant business, we could tell this establishment knew exactly what they were doing from fresh ingredients to exceptional wait staff! Anthony was our server! Fast service, great pizza, busy atmosphere. Caesar salad (personal portion) was fantastic and suitable appetizer for the two of us. We each had a Napoli style crust pizza, and both were perfect. Complete with a selection of Italian beers on the menu. Service was fast and friendly.
We came on a Saturday evening to a packed house at 7pm. I would recommend making a reservation if you want a table inside at dinner rush hours. Otherwise, the patio is nice as well.

This is a excellent restaurant should be definitely one to put on your list I believe it’s one of the hottest spots right now in Melbourne Florida the food is so fresh the Owner and the staff are really great people and their attentiveness and fresh food shows every time I stop in all I see is Happy smiles and people enjoying great food. Don’t miss this place up when in Melbourne and if you don’t live close by travel it’s well worth the food believe me.

We wanted to try a different pizza place. Botta Pizzeria delivered. Having studied architecture in Italy, it’s ironic that pizza was really begars food in Italy, but we Americans made a multi billion dollar industry out of it. I’ve seen pizza all over the world. Botta would certainly contribute to a better pizza and the atmosphere was crisp clean and very welcoming. Who does a teal blue ceiling? Wow. They even have the hand gesture with fingers and thumb together in neon!
The Caesar salad looked perfect as it walked by. But we got the meatballs for our prima and the pepperoni pizza for the secondi, although they don’t stand on the whole alacart thing.
I will say its hard to do a pepperoni pizza that the pepperoni stays on and the cheese doesn’t pull the adjacent ones off as you bite it. That can be really annoying. This one was ok, but probably needed a little more sauce to bind that together; however, the crust was very bready, which to me was very unique, not a New York style, but something different here.
Then there’s the wait staff, young friendly and good looking .
All in all a must see if you’re in Brevard county. Great place!

The pizza was good, no complaints there. However the salad was a shock to me because the only reason I ordered a Cesar salad was because of the photo on their website advertising it. The cesar salad I received looked nothing like the one they show on their website to order. That was the only disappointment I had because it felt like false advertisement. See photos. Plus it was on the pricey side!
