I was very disappointed….I was in there last night & ordered one of your slims, I got chicken on it, it looked like someone chewed it up & spit what little there was on the bun, I realize it’s a slim, but seriously….for what I payed, I expected more! I’ve always had good service here so I don’t know, definitely never ordering one of those again!

Gotta say, I absolutely adore and appreciate everybody running and working at the Jimmy John’s out here in Neenah. I manage the “Johnny Vapes” store down the road from you guys, and I always place a mobile order in the morning before your store is opened up for the day. If I ordered from anywhere else, I’d expect it to get delivered by 11:30 or 12:00, but you guys manage to find a way to get it to me before your hours officially start! Talk about hard work, dedication, and kindness, you guys and gals are all three! Hope you all get raises and know that the whole “Johnny Vapes” crew appreciates all the hard work you all do.
If you’re reading this, and you’re not sure about paying this Jimmy John’s a visit, just know you won’t find a better one in the Fox Valley, or back in Green Bay.

I just revisited this location and they redeemed themselves; everything went smooth, and it was good.
2 stars 6 years ago: Worst experience with JJ..we were running late, so I prepaid on a preorder as a passenger in the car. We ran in to get our 2 subs, they weren’t done! We waited behind 2 people ordering food; after they ordered, the girl at the counter pointed, over there, for pickup. We walked to the end of the counter, the sandwiches were passed to the front…we started walking back to the front while they were passed back to the back…annoyed.

Ordered on the app for delivery. After waiting 35 minutes with no change in the tracking, I called and was told they had no drivers and were using door dash to cover. Food finally arrived another 20 minutes later.
Same thing just happened again, but this time they’re using Uber drivers.

My favorite Jimmy’s! I always get the Cubano with extra mustard and Jimmy peppers for pickup, and the staff is actually FREAKY FAST—it’s always ready in 10 minutes or less

Poor at best. The Neenah WI location should be shut down; at a minimum all employees need to re-do training. I waited 20min for 2 subs. I was the only customer in the store, but there were 3 employees there; the shift manager did absolutely NOTHING. The young lady with the “kitty cat” face paint (that calls herself a shift manager) needs to be fired. I felt so disrespected by her lack of attempt to assist the struggling trainee (who appeared to be strung out) make my order…I will not go back to this location.

Ordered food for delivery. Took over an hour to arrive. Called the store to inquire and was told they don’t have a delivery driver after 6pm. They us Uber Eats in the evening.

Their service sucks. I have autism and severe anxiety with severe panic attacks that can sometimes make me faint. I came in with my service dog and he is training in real time environments right now so he doesn’t have his vest on because it doesn’t quite fit him yet. They said I couldn’t have my dog in there and I said he’s a service dog you can’t deny him and they said still he’s not allowed in here, I then said I was reporting her to hr and that by law she can’t ask me about it unless she is the manager and she can’t legally deny a service dog. At one point a dine in customer jumped in and said it wasn’t okay to try and argue with me over a service dog who legally has to be with me and can be with me.

I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service. I specifically asked for mayonnaise on my sandwich and clearly stated that I didn’t want any other sauces. However, when I received my order, both sandwiches were made incorrectly. When I brought it to the employee’s attention, he told me I should have asked for mayonnaise before he melted the sandwich — even though I clearly did when I placed the order. His attitude was rude and dismissive, and he made no effort to correct the mistake. Poor service and lack of attention to detail. I won’t be returning.
