Randomly chose this spot with my husband and it was perfect! Bacon used is thin and crispy, as our should be. Classic burger and double bacon burger was demolished. Sides complimented burgers well, we got the bacon cheese fries and fried pickles topped it off with key lime Shane which is seasonal so come get it before its gone!

Burger patties were superior but let down by poor assembly. Nachos were a misnomer. Tater tots inadequately fried. Onion rings stuck together even after frying.
Perhaps instead of lounging in the back room, management should make an effort to ensure smoother operations up front. Trust some effort will be made to improve staff through training and attitude.
No drive through and very limited seating implies one is better off using an app to place orders ahead of arrival.

4 people ordering 4 burgers with fries and onion rings, gave our name for order. 30 minutes later, finally brought out to our table on 2 platters (we had to spread napkins on the table for the other 2 burgers) and she ask us if it looked like what we ordered. I told her the name of the order and she was clueless. We then ask her which burger was which and she had to take each burger apart and then she wasn’t sure. We had to remind her of missing items. Better burgers and service anywhere else but here. We are never going back.

Ordered the big easy and it didn’t come with the bacon like it stated. I asked for grilled onions, bbq sauce and there was none. The meat is not seasoned at all and has no taste. I asked for extra cheese but there was none.
I have tried it multiple times under the new mgmt and it’s the same tasteless burger patties.
The Cajun tots were cold and shake was okay.

This was my first time trying this place and I was very disappointed. I ordered a build your own double burger, and when I took a bite the bacon was full of sinew or tendon. I pulled that piece out and took another bite thinking it was just that piece but it was throughout the bacon in the burger which there was alot! (Between and on top of both patties in with the melted cheese) Totally ruined the burger for me. I would have to basically tear up the burger to take it all out. Looked in the reviews to see if anybody else had the same thing happen and there was another. I’ve attached a pic to show the pieces. Biting into the burger and getting tough stringy bacon is really an appetite killer.

New burger place in Murphy next to Floyd’s and Smoothie Factory. They have Signature Classics, Chicken, Hotdog, and Salads. Sides, free refills on drinks, and hand-spun milkshakes. Good flavor, fresh. Bar seats, and hi-top at window. Small amount of other seating only limitation.

Decided to try this place on a whim, and was disappointed. If I could give this experience zero stars, I would.
First issue was price – Order total was 46 bucks for two burgers, chicken strips, 3 sides (fries) and 3 drinks. In my mind I was already never returning because of that alone, but I wanted to give the food a try…..so I waited.
Second issue was slow and disjointed service:
I rolled up with no one inside or waiting in the parking lot and placed my order as a to go. A couple came in roughly 10 minutes after me, for dine in, and received their order before I did.
At that point and asked for a refund and walked away, never to return. 24 minutes of my life I’ll never get back.

I loved my food! The customer service was amazing and they are one of the first burger restaurants to have all turkey bacon & no pork. The food was amazing & everyone was so kind. Definitely give them a try I promise you’ll love it.
