Was actually really good for Pizza Hut. I appreciate how much parm they put on our sticks and how good our pizzas were cooked and cut. Usually when you get a pizza from Pizaa huts nearby it’s uncooked on one half and still pale but not the case here. Definitely will be back

The service was very quick. We ordered and the bread sticks came within 10 minutes. I made it through 2 bread sticks and then the pizza arrived. Other than bringing the food out, you did not see many employees. They were always hiding in the back. On the bright side, the soda fountain was accessible from the dining area. This was a very convenient bonus that most restaurants do not have. The salad bar was a little lacking. I did not order from it, but it didn’t look to appetizing. The food was great. I would recommend this Pizza Hut over others.

We visited this location yesterday for dinner and when we first walked in it was extremely loud from the music that was blasting, they need to put speakers in their kitchen (obviously) because the kitchen staff can’t hear the music playing in the dining area so they crank it way up and it’s not family friendly to walk into this establishment with it so loud. We did ask the server if they could please turn the stereo down and they did.
The pizza just doesn’t taste as good as I can remember, I think it has something to do with the crust. The breadsticks however were really good and the garlic knots were nothing like we’re expecting.
Over all I would not visit here again, but that’s just because I don’t like extremely loud music and funny Tasting water (a reverse osmosis is less than $200 upto 100gal of water per day for six months filters are not expensive either) if they can’t afford to provide safe clean Tasting water than that right there is enough to stay away.

I ordered a pizza on the mobile app but accidentally ordered it to the Madison location. (Obviously my fault for that screw up).I called the Madison location to cancel the order and they told me they couldn’t, I told them okay I’ll come get it. so I drove 40 minutes to pick up my order and when I got there they “discarded” my order so instead I drive 80 minutes and wasted gas when they obviously could have cancelled the order when I originally called.

Ordered a large supreme, regular crust on Nov. 2 around 4:00 .
First, the guy couldn’t find the right keys to even enter my order. Kept saying ” wait a minute, where’s that at, that’s here, okay wait , hold on, oh I found it, okay what did you want?”
Than the pizza itself was less than a half inch think, no sauce, no cheese to speak of and dry as a rock.
Tried calling a manager to let them make it right but haven’t heard from them either. To bad I really liked that Pizza Hut.
Guess I’ll go to the places on Ohio St and Rt 20 or Bacon Road. They’re closer anyway

Used to like Pizza Hut, but not after this. Ordered delivery and it came pretty quick, but was a fraction of what I had expected for $22 – a few pieces of pepperoni and an onion here and there. Crust was awful. Sorry Pizza Hut.

I ordered my pizza and pop for dinner it came on time. But the driver was very unprofessional to me and almost walked off with my cash. When I called and gave a complaint about the driver the GM laughed and said she will talk to him. I called the over head of her and made a complaint towards her and the driver. I hope something will be done with them..

I ordered again, even though my previous experience was poor (see below). This time everything was great – on time, prepared properly and tasted great. I am very hopeful that the first time I ordered was not typical. My rating went from a 2 to a 4. I will order from this Pizza Hut again.
I was at the pick up window exactly on time; three staff walked past the drive through window and never acknowledged me. Finally a staff person came over to help. The pizza had apparently been done for a while, as it was barely luke warm. To answer the question, do your job to get a better rating.
