Funny, we were talking about this as we ate our breakfast at Jack’s this morning! This restaurant has the best service in our city! The employees always welcome you (as soon as you walk in). They are courteous and make you feel like family, no matter how busy they are! We love everything on the menu! We have introduced all of our family and friends to Jack’s! The prices are the best around along with the great service and food will keep us going back!!!

It’s nice to be able to get what tastes like a home cooked meal through a drive through when needed. I can actually get my child to eat mashed potatoes and green beans instead of chicken fingers and fries. Also the breakfast specials are a very good value in this day of overpriced combo meals!

Akeem is always so nice when I come Thur and the team is too. Please bring the chocolates chip cookies back. This morning Akeem went out of his way to make sure I got my breakfast. I was trying to use my points from my app and i went out of the app to show the cashier what it was and it wouldn’t let me go back to it. Akeem paid for my breakfast out of his pocket. Wonderful customer service from him and his team. I’ve worked customer service 41 years, and these days it’s hard to find great customer service., but Akeem and his team are always great, friendly. That’s why I come here everyday to eat when my moneys right.

Food Is Great & not expensive like some can be out the roof. Ill be going here often. Clean on the inside & Ms. Felicia was great here at store in Columbus Ga. Her staff was very friendly alone with here. She was waiting on 2 or 3 customers back to back & she was very professional in doing so. The atmosphere is smooth & nice

Absolutely trash, should be 0 stars. First pulled into the drive thru, then had to repeat my order multiple times for some reason. I was being loud and clear to the mic. Once the order was finally placed I waited about 5 mins before my turn at the window, my turn came and they told me to pull forward and wait for the food to come out. I said ok, I proceed to wait in that spot for 15 mins. I see cars pulling in, placing their order and then getting their order all before I got my small order. After waiting so long I have to go inside to remind them that I still haven’t received my food, I then wait inside another 5 mins for them to put it together. After all that, I get home and the order is completely wrong. Absolutely worthless staff, go ahead and close down now and save yourself the loss.

This was our very first visit to this establishment. We received a very warm welcome and took our time eyeing the menu. The General Manager, Ms Porchia, gave us several recommendations.. which was appreciated. We ended up getting a 2-pc and a 3-pc chicken dinners. The price was fair and the chicken was fresh out of the grease. Her customer service was more than excellent; though the chicken could use a lil more seasoning, the meals were overall delicious. We would definitely visit here again.

Can’t beat the prices. I love the 2 egg, bacon, grits, biscuit & sausage gravy breakfast for $4.50(there’s 1 bigger) Dinner after 4pm is $6.49 and you can choose from fried ckn, ckn fingers, & 2 others entrees with 2 sides. I always ask for a small water as I have decided to quit drinking my daily calories. Me & soda were best buddies, lol.
Food is great, service kinda sucks, hate to say it but it is true. Expect to wait but it is worth it if you are not in a hurry. Staff seems friendly enough but there are not enough of you ask me. Sometimes tables need wiping down but generally there is only a few people inside so just pick another of the dozen empty tables. The phone app says scan at order for points but it didn’t work for me. Scan your physical receipt and ask cash register to scan only IF you want to use points.

Fried chicken dinner was very good. Service excellent. Received someone else order however they made it right. Chicken, potatoes, coleslaw, biscuits and fried pies were very good. Gravy was a little salty for our taste..

Nice newer building and location, but few customers come inside on any Sunday and unfortunately..I found out why. Poor customer engagement while we were there that leaves you begging for condiments and your shakes, or where to wait for them…and little eye contact or welcoming smiles. Hamburger bun was covered in grease or melted butter…not sure, but it was still decent. Fries and tenders were hot, but don’t ask for honey mustard or any fancy sauces. Not sure how there’s 5 employees to 3 lobby customers and one drive thru car, which apparent qualified for a “packed house, we busy mode”. Oh well….kitchen experience is hard to find. Wouldn’t recommend unless it one n done kinda eating.
