If I could do 10 stars I would. I ordered the half ranchero and it came out perfect. The proteins were perfectly seasoned and not over/under cooked. My server was Elmer(shout out to him) and he was fantastic. Would go again and recommend you to go as well(person reading this)

This may be the oldest Mexican restaurant in Jonesboro and I have eaten here many times. The menu is basically the same as the other Mexican restaurants in town although the dishes may have different names. Like those other restaurants, they do give free chips and salsa before your meal. They also have lunch specials throughout the week if you stop by during that dining period.
During my visit I ordered the Rancho Viejo which is steak, chicken, and chorizo mixed with potatoes and served with rice and beans. It was good, as was everything else served during my meal. The service was friendly and fast as well.
I took off a star because, as mentioned before, it is the same menu as nearly every other Mexican restaurant and I think it would be good to have a mix of more dishes. Other than that, everything was fine and I would eat here again.

Customer service just keeps getting better. We celebrate our kids bdays there every year & last visit ( Mon. Feb. 3, 2025 @ 6:00pm-7:30pm ) we had the most amazing waitress ( her first day actually ) & waiter ever!!! They were truly the best by far. As always….food is great!!!

My daughter and her wife took us to the DMV to get her license. We decided to go eat at another establishment. I was looking at the menu, and I said, ” I don’t want anything on this menu…let’s go to Mexican!” There was nothing but yes! Thank you mom! Loved the food the atmosphere and the wait staff were phenomenal!

Wow. Salsa and chips were excellent and we ordered cheese and guacamole dip to go with (both great). I ordered the fajitas Jalisco and my buddy ordered the carne asada tacos, both seasoned and cooked great. Our server Jared was attentive, made suggestions, and was overall just a nice guy to interact with. We are in town working and travel often, El Acapulco is top notch. Highly recommend.
