We went for a cherry slush and a blue coconut water slush! THEY WERE PROPERLY MIXED!!!! It was absolutely perfect!!! If you are trying to get a good slush, and not just slurp up syrup like you would at the mercury location, take the drive and go to this location!! You will not be disappointed!!

Complete disappointment. Everything was undercooked. The onion rings were still mushy, and the burger felt it may have been warmed up just enough. The bun was not toasted or whatever they do to it and the drink was waaay more ice than sprite and corn dog was cold in the center. I will stick with the sonic location near denbigh.

This is by far the worst sonic location that I have visited. I’ve tried on multiple occasions due to often wanting a burger earlier than lunch. The employees or manager are just rude and nasty to the customers. Just unnecessary rudeness. Almost like they don’t want people to even come there. Any question asked is met with sarcastic answers, eye rolls and actual huffing and puffing. I’ve seen the response to other poor reviews thinking that customers are going then call again to speak to someone else after leaving a review.
Nope it’s sad because if your leadership is acting this way, it will continue to be an empty location that eventually closes. I now avoid this location and actually drive to another for service. If you don’t want to be there then get another job. Just the worst customer service that drives customers away. Food is actually not bad but not worth the attitude!!!

We arrived at the store and went through the drive through. We need a little bit to decide on what we wanted so we informed the worker of that. While we were deciding she kept rushing us to order. After we ordered we were completely dissatisfied with our food and drinks. The popcorn chicken was ice cold and the chilli cheese tots were missing condiments we asked for. Not only that but the tots weren’t even filled up in their container. Our ocean waters tasted like chemicals. Absolutely disappointed.

This sonic location felt kinda odd to be honest. We pulled in at 2pm on a Monday, only customers there at the moment, no big deal, kinda awesome actually. However when calling on the kiosk to order we were told to wait, ok again no big deal. After around five minutes or so we were told we could order. Asked for a milkshake and was told the ice cream machine was down so that’s a huge bummer. Ordered two burgers and some tots, was never asked if wanted veggies so I thought no veggies would be added, well that was kinda true no lettuce or tomato but pickles were on my son’s burger, so that’s a problem there. Thought we shouldn’t complain so just scraped it off. Through our whole visit of about thirty minutes no other customers drove thru or stopped to order something. Seeing as it’s right off the main drag of Jefferson Ave this is kinda suspect. I don’t think I will be back to this location anytime soon as it’s not the sonic experience I have come to expect, way below par here.

Hadn’t been to Sonic in a while, decided to go today, .. the empty parking lot should have been a signal. Food looked and tasted like it was thrown together.., cheese on the burgers wasn’t even melted. Lesson learned.

I got a #5 with onion rings. The onion rings breading tasted like festival funnel cake without the powdered sugar. That sandwiche was good. It was almost picture perfect. I went to the parking spot first and pressed the button a few times and waited a for a while but no one rogered up to take my order so I went through the drivethrough.

I came to this location at 11:30 PM to place an order since both the website and Google list the closing time as 12 AM. When I spoke through the drive-thru intercom, the woman working told me “we’re closed.” When I asked if they were closing early, she yelled back “we’re closed” again.
After I said she was being rude, she and another employee started yelling at me through the intercom and even through the drive-thru window as I drove past. Before I could leave the parking lot, at least two employees actually came outside of the facility and tried to approach my car while my child was inside.
This was extremely unprofessional and threatening. No customer should ever be treated this way — especially with a child present.
