We saw the piece about the restaurant on WECT news and had to come from Sunset Beach. The brunch is amazing. Lots of choices. Cannot wait to return for the pizza! The area around the restaurant is beautiful for walking along the river. Everyone needs to check it out, especially if you have kids as it’s a fun area! Service was fantastic-loved our mimosas and Bloody Mary.

Great service, our server was very friendly and efficient. The food with delicious, great pizza, and even better wings in my opinion. I was pleasantly surprised by the wings since it’s tough to find a decent place in Wilmington with good wings. Solid place overall to come and watch a game and eat some good food.

Best restaurant in Wilmington. Great variety of foods, pasta with their AMAZING GARLIC BREAD, pizza out of this world. If you don’t go once a week you’re a one star human being. Also in an amazing location to watch the sunset or just walk on the decks along the water. Owner is an amazing woman and the cooks deserve the Nobel peace prize for making the best pizza these buds ever tasted!

Awesome experience! We went when they were at their slow time so we were the only ones there and it was great! We sat at the bar, watched the game, had great conversation with the bartender and enjoyed some really delicious fried ravioli and pizza. The menu is full of different foods, it’s not just pizza. I can’t wait to go back to try something else.

Stopped in on a Friday night, this was our second visit. The quality of the food decreases as the crowd increases.
During our first visit the restaurant was not very crowded and our pizza was well done with crispy crust and very melted cheese, during our second visit which was a busy Friday night the crust was very black and the cheese was not completely melted.
I ordered the 10″ cheese pizza which had very black crust, the tomato sauce was not fresh and the cheese not completely melted. Disappointed in the quality of the food.
My partner ordered the Homemade Mac & Cheese which ended up being pasta in a cheese sauce that was very liquidity. Again, disappointed.
We will not return.

Today, my husband and I had pizza at Girls With Dough for lunch. It was our first time there.
We had the New Yorker, 14″, which had sausage with fennel and pepperoni. Nice thin crust with a little char. Very good flavors throughout the pizza.
The only thing I can say is that there could have been more sausage – it was pretty skimpy. Some pieces were a nice chunk, while most of it were tiny pieces; and not evenly distributed throughout the pizza.
The interior was nice and I can picture it being busy at night. There’s even a sitting area with sofas.
Overall, it was a very tasty pizza and we would definitely go back for another meal.

First time dining here, and maybe my last unless I do takeout… This is the loudest restaurant I’ve been to in my life. If you are VERY hard of hearing, and can lip read or have the option of turning your hearing aid down, you might be OK. Otherwise, this is NOT a place to go with someone you want to have a conversation with or for a nice date night. Not with children. With the higher prices they charge, you would assume they’d do a sound check for their live band. As soon as the music started it was maximum volume. Nowhere to hide. It was hard to register anything or feel. I stopped tasting the food, wanting to just run and save what was left of my hearing. The leftover container was just an afterthought.
Before the loud music started: The servers were friendly and courteous. They answered my questions patiently about what food was best and gave great recommendations.The chicken Parmesan was good, as were stromboli and mozzarella sticks. Decor was beautiful. I go back maybe for lunch when it’s quiet.
