Very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the lights were dim and mostly off, and the sign wasn’t on making it look like the store was closed. Which ment the workers didn’t want to work. The drive-thru screen wasn’t working at all, which added to the confusion. I asked for two large waters and was told I had to make a purchase, even though on a previous visit that wasn’t required. Which further answered my suspicion about workers not wanting to work. Inconsistency, poor communication, and unwelcoming atmosphere made this visit frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this location.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to! My coffee was not only made incorrectly…. I don’t even think it was what I ordered. It took them 20 min to make one drink and then forgot I had ordered 2 of the same drinks and had to wait longer. They were not busy and know one was in front of me.

By far the worst Starbucks in Baton Rouge, always have a line , move slow. No way I should be in the drive thru line for 20 minutes literally my order is always messed up. Order ice coffee it’s warm in water down. Just gone stop wasting my money in find a new Starbucks! Over it!! Gave them multiple tries.

I recently stopped by this location, which I had previously a wonderful experience, but unfortunately this time it was completely awful. The manager that was there the last time I went I was told had been fired which totally blew my mind. That woman, Rhonda, was super friendly and the store was running like a well oiled machine. The district manager must be a complete fool to let someone like that go Of course it seems the district manager doesn’t know what she’s doing and probably has never actually worked in a store role Turnover for managers is high at this store … I wonder what the common denominator is… hmmm. Wake up Starbucks corporate. The problem lies with the district manager herself. Also, instead of the owner replying with the same generic response to every negative review how about you do something proactive so you don’t have so many complaints?? Getting another district manager would be a good start. Open your eyes.

New Starbucks just opened right where we live – it is next to the chase bank and wine-Dixie market. T is the same high quality coffee now close to my house. It is beautiful and modern looking. They have samples passing out today – banana bread and lemonade tea. The drive through is working but the mobile order is not yet (6/8/19). They are very friendly and fast with my order.

Definitely coming here everytimes I need a Starbucks.

Ordered a shaken espresso light ice was given one filled to the brim with ice, got a remake it had no ice that was filled to the brim with milk. I understand the process of making a shaken espresso I don’t understand why that was made harder than it needed to be.
