I must say Papa John’s make a dang good pan pizza. Perfect amount of toppings to dough ratio. Ingredients are always so fresh and makes for a fabulous pizza. Well done Papa John’s. I hardly go out of my way to write a good review about somewhere but that pizza was definitely worth the good review.

Hands down the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of spending money at, the nighttime employees are just there to hang out, mess up orders, ignore customers, be rude and get paid. I love Papa John’s and I gave this location 3 chances I should have stopped after the first, but like I said I love Papa John’s. There wasn’t an option for zero stars unfortunately…. Oh and if you’re going to do carry out, beware of their parking lot it is absolutely atrocious.

I’d love to know if the pizza’s at this papa johns are good or not but every time I order I have to cancel after they NEVER have the pizza ready on time.
I’ll wait to the tail end of when they say it’ll be ready and go, then, still not ready. “It’ll be 10 minutes”…10 minutes later they still haven’t even put it in the oven and “it will be 10-15 more”.
Quit wasting peoples time and deliver on your promise in the timeframe you set in the first place.

Placed an order and when I received it, it had 2 wings missing from my 8 piece so instead I got a 6 piece and my 2 liter of Pepsi was not included as well. Thankfully Papa John’s removed the Pepsi from my order. I have had continuous problems with this franchise and to add to it all I continuously get a driver from door dash delivering it, even though I don’t use door dash, and I can’t communicate with them because they don’t speak english

Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks for $45 and gave an $8 delivery tip (I live 3 mins away). The order said it was “on the way” 1 hour before it arrived and it was cold. Pizza was editable but super mid for price. Just order dominos or Racca’s.

Food was good. Stayed in a hotel, asked for plates and napkins 3 times. Driver showed up and didn’t have plates or napkins. Said he would go get them. He texted us and said he was not allowed to bring them to us. I would say if someone is ordering from a hotel it is common sense to send these items. Very disappointed.

Wife ordered food online. I stopped in to pick it up. When I asked to check the order. I was told it looks like it’s all there. I said I’m missing the wings. The employee snatched the wings off of the warmer. Then turned around rudely and seemed very annoyed that I was going through the order, but I noticed I was missing my sauce. She reopened my box and proceeded to count the sauces saying they were all there even though they were not. I double checked the screen shot my wife sent me she had ordered two extra sauces, and extra peppers. Mind you I’ve been scolded several times for not making sure the order was correct. This did not seem correct so I questioned it and when I questioned it, I was given a very rude look so I said just please give me the damn sauces mind you I shouldn’t have said damn. However, I was very frustrated with the rude service I was already receiving. The gal, went to the back and came back with a plain close individual. She opened my boxes and went through my order and said it looks like all of your sauces are there to which I replied, whatever, closed everything up. While buttoning everything up I was told If I had an attitude I would be banned from her store. I decided to just walk out and when she proceeded to tell me that I would be banned from the store again. I then backed out of the store and said a few choice words. Because I was rightfully frustrated with the horrible customer service I received there. It was over a 60 some dollar order with tips and it was ridiculous being treated that way. My wife did call and we were comped however, I refuse to go back to that place ever again.

Had a coupon for a free one large topping pizza was not able to redeem it online so after contacting the store and speaking to the manager and the general manager, I was able to get my free pizza. They said it would be about 35 minutes because they were behind. I had my pizza within 20 minutes and it was absolutely delicious! I appreciate the great customer service! Some places don’t care about that anymore but they did!!! Thank you!!

I ordered online. When I walked in two of the employees were making out. I kid you not. They immediately separated when I entered so at least they knew what they were doing was wrong. They’re teenagers so I’d give some grace if it wasn’t for the fact that our order was very wrong. We ordered two Italian Papadia, neither had ANY alfredo sauce. Way to leave out the key ingredient. So maybe Papa John’s employees, make out a little less and try to include all the ingredients in what’s a very simple item.

When my dad went in to do a door dash, he was waiting for a long time and the person didn’t even acknowledge him. Then he checked the orders to see if his order was there, then he said “This is my order” Then this lady come up and be ugly to him saying “Sir you need to not come back” then he said “But door dashers do that all the time?” Then she said “No they don’t.” Bad costumer service to be honest, I did eat there so the food was awesome.
