We just moved to the area from further north in NJ, and we’d had nothing but bad experiences with our local chain of this restaurant… So much so, we hesitated to order from this location….
And we are so glad we did, because *THIS* location is PHENOMENAL.
They pay close attention to the order and everything is 100% accurate. My husband can’t have cheese, and obviously that’s an unusual order for pizza — so a really friendly employee called to confirm!
Every time we’ve ordered, the food has been delicious, made with care/attention, and nothing missing. We’ve ordered gluten free (for me) and cheese-less, and the special chicken bites…all totally yumm-o!
No exaggeration: they have restored our faith in Domino’s.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with my online order placed at 4:44pm. I ordered four pizzas, and two of them were made completely wrong. I informed the delivery driver, who was very kind and said he would report it so they could remake the order. When I received the supposedly corrected order, the Alfredo pizza with bacon was extremely thin, almost burnt, and hard as a potato chip. I decided to call and speak with a supervisor/manager. At this point, it was 5:50 PM. They transferred me to Cameron, and after I explained everything that had happened, they transferred me to another person named Milton White, the supposed supervisor/manager. I had to explain everything again from the beginning. He informed me that he couldn’t remake the order because they had already made it twice, nor could he give me a refund. I explained that they had not made the order twice and clarified that it was their mistake. After much back and forth, and extremely upset at this point, I told them I wanted the pizza remade. They said “okay” and then rudely hung up the phone. Thank you for ruining my daughter’s farewell party. This supervisor/manager is completely incompetent and unprofessional. At this point, it’s 6:32 PM, and the pizza is still not here.

I’m a bit concerned on how many of your employees who work at your Millville nj branch do not wear beard nets or any of the employees wear hair nets that’s something that needs to be addressed you have employees who don’t wear gloves when preparing food please make sure it is mandatory that they wear hair & beard nets!

I usually love Dominos but this experience was awful. I ordered 2 pizzas, chicken wings and the cheddar bacon tots. The first pizza did not have the correct toppings, the pepperoni tasted spoiled like it had sat out unrefrigerated and the bottom of the pizza was burnt. The tots were really burnt and dry and the wings had the opposite problem as they were undercooked and bright pink inside. I attempted to call the store to complain but the automated system would pick up and play the advertisements until the system would finally hang up because nobody was answering. I did this for 30 minutes until I finally was able to get someone. He got the manager for me whose response was they were too busy to answer the phone so they haven’t been doing that for the last 2 hours. He did not apologize for the experience or have any customer service skills what so ever. His justification was just that they were too busy to pay attention to the quality of the items they were making. At this point I just wanted my money back. He had already told me they were too busy to prepare food correctly or to Even answer the phone, so I did not want anything else to eat from this establishment. I am just hoping the spoiled piece of pepperoni doesn’t give me food poisoning. Sorry but their staffing issues are not an excuse for poor quality and a lack of customer service. They also need to reconsider the customer service skills of their managers. Only positive of the whole experience was the delivery guy was friendly.
Edit: In order to refund my money they sent a driver to pick up the disaster they delivered to me that they called food. I happily gave it back to them because we weren’t going to eat it. The poor driver looked so uncomfortable I felt bad for him. I can’t believe they put their drivers in that position. My kids are now happily eating McDonalds.

Best dominos in the area the staff and food is amazing. I never had a bad order yet from this location. I highly recommend this dominos to anyone who wants quick and delicious food

One star is a compliment! The staff are young, not professional, not trained on the product or how to deal with people. I asked the manager would he eat the pizza they tried to sell me he said No, so why would it be ok to sell it to someone? I then had to wait for them to make me another pizza while my other food was cold. They need training on customer service, their products and just manners and common sense period!

My sis went and got 3 pizzas for us, and all 3 were old and burnt. Definitely disappointing. Plus they didn’t even have change in the register for a $50.
