The cashier had an attitude that would leave you believing that she would rather be anywhere but here. She would not speak other than the words that were absolutely necessary to complete the transaction.
There were 5 customers in the dining room, and half of the empty tables were dirty.
The temperature was a little warm, not too bad; but it was very humid, making it uncomfortable.

Arrived at 9:45 at the drive-thru, lights on , but no one came to the speaker and said anything. If you stop taking orders at a certain time, give your guests the common courtesy and let us know. Don’t advertise you close at 10:00, if you’re not taking orders up until 10.00

I’ve been going to Arby’s more lately since I downloaded the Arby’s app and you can always get some type of free sandwich or some kind of discount to make it worth your while. I recommend the sliders because you get a decent size sandwich for a decent price If your pinching pennies. If they ever have the mac and cheese bites again you need to snatch those up they are excellent when they’re nice and hot.

The market fresh wraps is the best thing at Arby’s. Definitely have to try them if you haven’t. Chicken club wrap and jalapeno bacon ranch wrap are the 2 I always get.

I went to the Chester location and there was a car setting there for I know 10 min… when I pulled up they had one at the window…. me and the other car was in the drive forvi know 15 min…. then I went inside and still didn’t get my order taken the girl just look at me… me and my kids left

So impressed with Nikki at the drive thru. She was so friendly and patient as we ordered! It was so wonderful to have someone treat us nicely because customer service is very scarce nowadays. The other young lady working was very nice too!! Very pleasant experience and the food was fresh! Very thankful and impressed!

Went to the location in Chester SC, No cars in the parking lot..0. Went to the drive thru and No one answered. Drove around to the window and you could not se ANYONE IN THE BUILDING, but you could see it looked like the equipment was being used, not clean and put away we sat at the window and No one came. Drove back around the building and the back part of the restaurant had the lights out. I called and someone did answer the phone but did not give a name. She said they were open; I told her we had just sat at the drive thur order window and the picknup window and she said yeah we heard a peep but didn’t see anyone…, that’s because you were no where out frontI I thought to myself. asked for the district number and she said she didn’t have one he could give me a manager number which went to voice mail repeatedly. This will be another Chester Closing because people don’t want to work they just want a paycheck. We almost called 911 to report it looked very odd because we thought maybe someone had gone in and rovved the staff , turned off the lights and locked them out of sight.. There is no way a manager of any kind was on duty. Someone may have been there with that title but they were not managing the store. Very sad. Do these people not understand if they don’t make any sales they want keep them open which means they want have a job at all or do they really just not care. I hope a general manager over the a tea or someone with authority and cooʻth read this and changes are made or it will be another empty building So very sad..
