Didn’t give the extra meat I ordered. Like come on, I paid $17 for this bowl. Why did you skimp me? I paid extra for a double meat portion. There was only one other customer in there… worse than Chipotle with this kind of portion nonsense. Wrecked my mood after a long work day.

after a few months me and my boyfriend decided to give it one more try we ordered a stack a bowl and a kids quesadilla EVERYTHING WAS WRONG NOTHING WAS RIGHT , I paid 15 dollars on a bowl for 5 pieces of chicken there is more sauce than anything the stack and quesadilla was also smothered missing meat and other topping or topping added that we didn’t request truly so disappointing spending the last of my money on something good for us to eat and not being able to eat any of it will never be coming back and would suggest that neither of you do either ……. Unless your a vegetarian who prefers more sauce than veggie

Good ambiance and very neat chips and salsa section with 3 to 4 types of Salsa available. However the quality of rice and meat could be better. Online ordering is more convenient for takeout as the options are very clearly laid out for ordering and inclusions. Green tomatillo salsa is best. And the burrito bowl can be loaded with all types of veggies which is nutritious and good deal.

Bad review mostly on service. Arrived here at 8:20 the resturant is open until 9:00 we order our food and the put it in to go bags. I asked if we could stay and eat there. Again we are here 40 minutes before closing time. It was just myself and my husband. Not like we brought a much of kids in there to make a mess right before the closed. Don’t see why it would have mattered it we did because the place was disgusting anyways. Looked as if the tables haven’t been wiped down so I didn’t think sitting at their dirty table would have been a big deal. We brought our food home to have at our house, and they had our burritos mislabeled so my husband had my burrito and I had his. He realized a few bites into the burrito that they were wrong. A waste of money and the cash tip I left these lazy employees for poor service, and a waste of our time for careless service to drive there for food and drive home for it to be mislabeled. Do better.

I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before heading there. Yesterday was the first time at this location. I’ve ate in Chelmsford and Littleton before. All experiences have been great. Had a bowl and it was good super yummy. It is expensive the bowl of queso was $5.99 and if I didn’t have a free reward would have never tried it. The chips provided for each order were overflowing. I can’t wait to return to try something new.

Walked in at 8:48pm on a Sunday night when then close at 9pm. I was not greeted when I walked in and the employees looked incredibly annoyed. When I walked up to order they said they just had rice. Looking around they had taken apart, cleaned, and closed down the entire inside. I understand that I got there when the restaurant was about to close, however they should still be offering the menu up until close time. It was incredibly disappointing and I would not recommend, nor will I be returning.
