I really really don’t Recommend this place at all, I usually don’t leave, nor good or bad reveiws But today I came, and they treated us terrible. They was keeping forgetting are utensils and drinks and the worst thing about it Was a piece of long hair in my plate Which I thought they were not going to charge it but they ended up charging it anyway. My first time at one of these. Place was very busy since it was game day in Tuscaloosa but the staff handled it well and the food was good. May e wish the portions were a little bigger.

Great place to stop for a late night hunger or in our case, arriving in late for a campus visit. Food was quick and the waitress was very friendly. We got waffles, an extra plate thrown in we didn’t even ask for, eggs, and grits! Gotta have grits in Alabama.

Here at Waffle House they won’t let anyone In but they have friends/family Inside eating. I’m so sick of coming to this trash place and can never even get my order took. This Is the last time for me!! What’s the point of having a restaurant and not even let people eat.

My first Waffle House experience and it was fantastic! For starters, not only was the staff very friendly for an early Saturday morning, but they were all very polite as well. We sat down and ordered quickly, and our server was on top of everything. Our food came out fairly quickly and everything tasted great. I also paid attention to how friendly the staff was with the cool while they submitted orders and waited for their orders to go out. There was no shouting, they were polite, they weren’t in each other’s way and they were working quickly and efficiently. The cashier was sweet and friendly, and everyone thanked us as we left. I’m sure this restaurant gets very busy during the year, as they are on The Strip in Tuscaloosa, but I’m sure they’re just as quick, efficient and awesome then as they were on an early Saturday morning. I will definitely eat here again next time I’m in Tuscaloosa, and hopefully all other Waffle Houses deliver the same experience as this one did. Thank you to everyone for such a great experience!

Excellent staff and food. Clean and a nice layout compared to the standard highway-adjacent Waffle House. We went late-night on a weekday and the team was working hard taking orders and on the grill. They really need more than two people on staff at night! When we were there they had about 6 full tables and the team was behind but doing they’re best. Hopefully they can add to their staff so the team isn’t having to handle this work load with only two people.

My Waffle House experience was amazing. However, my sever “shorty” was unbearable. She constantly rolled her eyes at me. She did not follow my order correctly at all. I do not think she is a worthy employee of Waffle House, a place of some of the greatest workers. Due to her my overall experience there was not a “Waffle House” experience.
