The staff is very friendly. The food comes out quickly and tastes good. However, there was some grease in the sauce or napkin and there was food on the floor. I hope the cleaning will be improved. I’ll visit again next time.

Got a burrito supreme for my kiddos to split, requesting no onion explicitly for the purpose that it would be eaten by kids. Staff came off very rude and dismissive… should have known what was to come. After coming home and splitting it in half it was filled with what seemed like extra onion. Not ok.

Just ate here. Had them remake the tacos from the other side of the food prep. First order tasted like cleaning agent. Second order tasted normal. Could be the lettuce. Either way, I we get sick in the next twenty four hours, we know where it came from.

I went to Vaughn Road Taco Bell.. and was impressed I loved everything!! The location, plenty of parking.. the service was great .. The cashier explained the different items and combo specials .. the manager even took a minutes and spoke to me. The dining area and restrooms were very clean.. covered outside the dining area was clean no trash .. this place was very organized.. yes I will be back

Visit this location on today the staff was nonchalant, instead of working. The staff that prepare the food items, was eating and preparing food had to ask her to wash her hands , which she did. She got upset because I waited 20 minutes for two items, which I requested a refund. The refund took 5 -10minutes.

I’m highly disappointed. I placed an online order at 10:15am today. Upon arriving she said that it was only her and one other person she was training, she didn’t know when she’d have lunch stuff ready. I offered to go to Walmart and come back. I come back and my food is ready but 3/4 items made incorrectly. Asked for no lettuce, of course lettuce on two items, no onions and of course onions alllll in my burrito. Tried to call no one would answer. So now I gotta throw my food that was going to be lunch into the trash and be hungry until I get off. The ability to read and follow instructions should be mandatory.

I was so excited for the large NACHO fries.
So after work I go to get them. They gave me my food and I check it every time because they always mess it up. This time I open it up and I see this……
I’m not one to complain but this is ridiculous. I go inside and I ask the girl “what is this” she said “Nacho fries” I said “no these are French fries” she said “Oh yea I forgot to tell ya we out seasoning” “I said okay well I want a refund for this” “she calls to the back “she wants a refund because she says these are French fries not nacho fries” ….. Meanwhile I’m waiting on a refund and the cook making food grabs his phone with his gloves on and puts it back in his pocket and goes back to working……
