The food was hot, fresh, and fairly quick. The customer service on the other hand is nonexistent. The young little girl working that morning, spoke only 1 word to me, she did not smile or say thank you. I pulled up told her, I’m picking up for Shane. She looked at me, shut the window, came back with my pizza, opened window and handed it to me. I asked for plates and napkins, she snatched a handful of napkins and mumbled, no plates! I said thank you, and she shut the window. The jokes on her though because I had a cash tip to give her but decided she didn’t deserve it.

First I called to place my order before I got there I got out on hold for 15 min. I finally hung up because by then I was at the store. To find 3 employees outside talking and one guy inside. There was no other customers at the store. I did not get greeted. He finally said what you want? if I wasn’t craving a pizza I woulda walked out. Then I asked for extra extra pineapple twice to make sure I got extra pineapple. I noticed on my receipt it didn’t say pineapple so I mentioned it. He said oh you want extra pineapple ? I got you. So I waited for 20 min for my pizza to find it looks like they went light on the pineapple. It’s the worst service I’ve ever had somewhere.

I have ate from the place in oak Grove MS alot, but this last time the pizza was dry. The girl that took my order had a rude attitude. Asked her a question about the cookie bars and she rolled her eyes at me. Even if your having a bad day don’t take it out on the customers. The customers is what helps you have a paycheck.

I wish I could give it less than a 1 star. Absolutely pitiful. I door dash every day and get a pizza from lil Caesars, I try to get one from this location instead of the other side of Hattiesburg and they ALWAYS tell me it is going to be at 30+ mins wait for a ‘hot and ready’ pizza. So even though I try this location, the other location always gets my business.

Don’t use cash here. You won’t get the right change back. The young lady gave me the wrong change after she had to use her phone for the total. Then had a bad attitude when I first came in and then even more when I told her the change was wrong. Then I’m looking for Parmesan on the counter. And very nasty she says “we don’t have any Parmesan”. If you don’t like your job go home.

There are moments in your life where you wonder if you made the right decision and I am pleased to say that a couple years ago I did, when I stopped ordering from little caesars in Oak Grove in Hattiesburg. I had not been there in a couple of years because I was so disgusted by my experiences and the quality. I saw ads all weekend for the Philly cheesesteak bites so I ordered some as well as a stuffed crust pepperoni on Monday, October 20th, and was told 15 minutes. Got to the restaurant five minutes after I ordered, girl at the window said it wasn’t ready and pulled me up. I was ok with that because I had arrived prior to the expected time. 20 minutes later, still did not have my pizza; order was placed at 5:37 and went inside at 5:52. I went inside, where they told me it was coming out of the oven. I said forget it, I want my money back. They said do you have the tiny little receipt so we can refund. I said I wasn’t given a tiny receipt and the manager with a lot of piercings said well they train to give out the receipts, who rang you up. Three people and they were all looking at each other. Why did the girl who pulled me up not remember who I was 20 minutes later?
