This is the worst KFC. The lady who is working there is so nasty and rude. First thing she says when I walk in is what do I want?!?! Like then I told them I placed the order online they ignored me then finally asked what my order was. Then proceeded to say they aren’t making it without a ticket… like I just showed you everything. She’s saying stuff under her breath. Then gets mad that I asked for my fries she didn’t put in the bag. Like this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Obviously management doesn’t care because she is so comfortable acting that way. Then the have no sauces nothing. I will never ever come back to this place. Bad bussiness

I ordered my food at 6:45 pm online and got to the store at 7:10. I had to tell them multiple times who I was and what I was there for. AFTER being accused by 3 employees of loitering and trying to use the bathroom without buying something. I was harassed and talked down to. It was 8 pm before I got my food. The issue wasn’t in staffing as 20 people who came in after me and came up to the counter all got their food before me. The problem was because I ordered online. I was last priority to these people, and I was treated as such while being talked down to discriminated against and treated like some type of criminal. Oh and
When I got my food at 8 pm both of my sandwiches were missing which was 90% of my food. NVER AGAIN

It was pretty quiet there which I like personally but the drive thru was very busy. So it did take a minute for someone to take my order inside but it was no big deal. The customer no service was good but you can tell they were having a rough day. I will still go back again the food was great and filling.

When I went to this KFC, I thought I would’ve been easier to go through the drive thru to place an order. Well I was wrong because when I went through the drive thru I couldn’t figure out what I wanted and the rude lady was very unhelpful and rude when I was trying to decide what I wanted.

Immediately after ordering we were told to park without any explanation. So we park and wait about 10 minutes and I go inside to be greeted by no one. An employee with a filthy red work shirt appeared and I asked was my food ready. She replied that it was draining and she didn’t want to give to me greasy but it was ready now. She took about another 5 minutes or so while I waited for a 2 legs, a wing and mashed potatoes. As I stood there waiting there was a worker whom made his lunch from the line walked by and took a seat right behind the counter. He went and got his laptop with the football game and the cashier gathered around watching the game and using vulgar foul language. I had to basically yell to get their attention, the cashier comes over and I just ask for a refund because it’s taking so long. The lady with the filthy shirt on comes with the food and I take it, then leave. Upon getting into the car I check my order and what do you know it’s not right. I’m given a breast, wing and leg that is falling off the bone. I return the restaurant and I demand a refund and I ask for the general manager. The lady with the filthy shirt said she is the manager and I reply when or how can I reach the district manager, she said she is never there and to complete a survey. Well here I am, worst service and food ever! Avoid this dump!

Did a mobile order to pick up at the drive thru. They told me to park in front and they’d bring it out to me. There were no parking spots. In order to let the people out behind me, that somehow were able to get their food quickly, I had to pull around the block. Then, I had to wait 40 minutes for them to bring out the food, but they forgot the drinks. By the time I left it had been 45 minutes. During that time, I had homeless people that hung out in front of the building to beg from the people that KFC was parking and waiting for their food. They knew why we were there. Food was cold by the time we got it. I complained on the app and the best they would do is a credit for about half of the order.

I’ve never been more disappointed in a food chain before. We came to St. Louis for a weekend trip. To start we ordered and had to wait 40 minutes before we were informed that our order was “lost” after we definitely ordered. We then get back to the hotel to eat and find that the chicken was undercooked and one was cold. The box it came in was falling apart from how much condensation they made from being undercooked. We were then told they had no biscuits. The floors were sticky and no one was dining in and now I can see why. The online and drive thru had several orders taken and fulfilled before we were “serviced.”Needless to say we won’t be back and I think corporate needs to take a serious look into this particular location as they were only staffed with 3 workers in the kitchen.
