Good evening. What terrible service we received on Wednesday the 26th at 10 pm. They didn’t have plates or glasses. When they saw us enter, they practically slammed the door in our faces. Just close up and stop making customers have such a bad experience.

Amazing day here at Pizza Hut in Saint Augustine, Florida. The customer service was over the top! The wait was a normal wait dinning in for pizza. I would say, ” about 8 minutes tops.” There wasn’t a crowd inside during my visit at all. I would recommend this location to those who enjoy pizza, not just for take outs. Get out ladies and gentlemen and dine in the Hut.

Got a 3 topping pizza. Pepperoni, sausage, and onion. To me this is not distributed well and doesn’t look good. I asked why this is so little toppings and she said I had 3 toppings? Ok but I paid for them so why skimp me? I’ve been here before but the last 3 times haven’t been good but usually it’s good.

I made a call to order carry out and the call center receptionist in the St. Augustine area was atrocious. She was rude and didn’t listen to a word I said. She would cut me off and interrupt just to give me the wrong information because she wasn’t listening. The call center calls need to be monitored or something because I will not call ever again. I would rather drive to the store and talk to someone face to face if that’s how the call center is managed and staffed.

Not only does this Pizza Hut have top notch customer service, but they are always on top of every order. We live so much closer to this shop than the one we are zoned for and have decided we would rather make the drive and do pickup then go to the other Pizza Hut that is almost 30 mins from our house. The orders are always cooked to perfection! All the kids in my family refer to this shop as the good Pizza Hut and understand that when it comes to pizza from them patience’s is key.
