Got a cake for my sons birthday, they were able to put happy birthday on it for me and it looked great! I used the app so I was able to get 50% off the cake. I also found out they can make them to order, just make sure you give two or three days notice.

After a day of shopping, we stopped
in for a couple of blizzards. We were
quickly greeted by a very friendly
and helpful girl. She even asked if
we want to add extra toppings.. We
didn’t know that was an option but we
did upgrade and both were excellent.
My husband got the Brownie batter
and I got the Ultimate cookie. Dining
room was very clean. Great DQ .

Asked and paid for extra Reese’s PB cup. Watched the manager put one scoop in and then blend.
I even said out loud “I paid for extra PB cup”.
When handed to me I said something about it and the other manager made a comment that you can’t tell because it’s chocolate ice cream.
Not even here let me add another scoop or confirm with the person who made it.
Sad customer service. Do better!

These guys always have great food, great attitudes and have prompt service. Had a Flame Thrower double w/a lemonade and it was as good as ever. My experience here is that I can always depend on my favorites to always be how I remembered them w/ no surprises.

I normally get the same thing. when I go to Dairy Queen. I indulge and get myself a large vanilla malt with Heath candy and in the past other dairy Queens have told me they can’t mix them. they can throw it on top. I asked them just to throw it on top and they mixed it for me. very kind. this place is great.

Ordered 4 sundaes. Asked to have lids on them because I had to drive to get home. The inept cashier at the drive thru window said they didn’t have lids. I asked for my money back then. She proceeded to put drink cups upside down on the sundaes. I told her that they would leek. She said “no they won’t!” when I got home they had melted all over my car seat.
I called the restaurant and asked for the manager. The girl that answered said she was the manager. And that she was the girl that gave me the sundaes. When I told her my complaint she said I would have to talk to the manager. I asked if the manager was there. She said yes and asked me to hold to get the manager. Then the phone went dead! I called back but it said they couldn’t answer the call!! AMAZING!!! In trouble if that is a management person!
