I understand your busy with mobile orders but when customers walk in they should be acknowledged. We stood there for atleast 5 minutes not a hi or we will be right with you. We ended up walking out and the 2 people behind the counter just waved bye as we were leaving. Super disappointed. If you don’t like your job quit!!!

Ran out of bread by 7:30pm and ya close at 9:00pm? Went to someone that had bread and you lost out on $50.00 plus meal order. Not to mention everyone else that stopped out. 12/19/2025. Why go there again?

I had a fantastic experience at the Subway in Hugo tonight! I was warmly greeted with a smile as I walked in, and the lobby was clean and inviting. Alyssa assisted me with my order and was absolutely wonderful—sweet, professional, timely, and neat. She truly made the visit memorable. Employees like her are the reason I’ll definitely be coming back.

Clean atmosphere, lots of seating around, good sandwiches, and generous portions, but the staff isnt friendly/happy. They dont say hello when you walk in and I don’t think I ever saw any of them smile once but hey, I guess that what to expect when you work at a sandwich shop. They need some music in there to cheer those kids up.

I just went to this subway and was shocked at the behavior of some of the staff. When I walked in there was. A woman that had raised her voice at another worker and reduced this sweet young girl to tears! I didn’t get a very good look at the disrespectful woman’s name as my eyes aren’t what they used to be but I think it might have said Sahara.
I found it to be completely unacceptable and NOT what subway used to represent. I spoke to the girl afterwards and she was very emotional. Subway, DO BETTER WITH HIRING GOOD PEOPLE!

Lettuce tasted off, just did not taste hownit usually does. I have gotten the same cold cut sandwich for 20+ years and something was not good. My kids sandwich didnt taste right either. I have never had anything close happen like this before so not sure if it was a bad batch of lettuce that threw it off like it did or whah

I came in it was pretty busy as usual me and my son where trying to get sandwiches I mean it was calm at first but when it got to my sons turn this young man who was making my kids sub was being quiet aggressive like almost demanding him to hurry up which I didn’t like but when we got up to the register this lovely lady had offer my son a free cookie which was very nice in all I understand people can get frustrated but don’t take it out on people

Webt to get dinner for my grandson..the place was empty except for me and a door dash drive..there were people working the line..I ended up leaving without being served. The girl at the cash register was to busy playing with the machine to help me ..the other line worker was busy making the door dash order… sad that i wont be back since this is the only restaurant on this side of town. Do better please! I did not Eat Fresh!’
