The new owners are giving Papa Sevario’s a terrible name. I should’ve read the reviews before I went there and even based down a few times I’ve called inquiring staff doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Cannot understand. English was rude, but I believe in giving people a chance I was wrong 1)Pizza slice just shortly after 12:30 PM was all dried out so much so you couldn’t even taste any sauce on it.2) I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad as dine in. I got the salad with no grilled chicken. I returned it and was given cube chickens tossed on the salad. It wasn’t as bad as the pizza but I couldn’t eat all of it very expensive for a disappointing experience. I certainly will never go there again!!!

Ordered here specifically because they have a deal posted on their website and Facebook that if you place an online order you get 15% off. The code doesn’t work online, so I selected the pay in person method thinking when I picked up my pizza they could just take off the 15% in store. The middle eastern guy behind the counter was absolutely 0 help, saying he doesn’t know anything about the deal. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never be back.

Ordered a combo sandwich with cheese and jalapeño peppers and a steak salad. We live just around the corner from them and the charge for delivery was $4.50, which none of it goes to the driver. Keep in mind they drive their own cars. We also should have had a free pizza on or account, which they couldn’t find. Left a good tip for the driver, due to the fact it’s not their fault Papa Saverios doesn’t take care of their own. When you order out for delivery, please check to see if any of the delivery fee is forwarded on to the driver. I will not be ordering from them again.

Every time we order, the pizza toppings get skimpier and further from the edge of the crust. I miss the old onions that were sliced super thin and were more “strings”, now they are huge chunks The overall taste is good, could use more sauce.

So I’ve been ordering a long time here, & while I now understand there’s new ownership, it’s still a great place! One thing I’d suggest now though is if you want your pizza a little more cooked like me, ask for “crispy “ not well done!

We like their pizza! Have only ever tried thin crust, but it’s always been good. We enjoy their wings as well. We are looking forward to trying their pan and deep dish pizzas, so I’ll update the review after! The only tip I’d say is to add some dried spices to the pizzas for a little more depth, but we usually just do that at home. The hosts on the phone are always super polite and helpful, and the delivery drivers are the most kind! We will definitely keep ordering from here, out of the competition, this place has been the most consistently good.

The Richmond locations ‘new’ (nameless) manager HUNG UP on me, twice. When I asked to speak to the manager she said “I am the manager!” & refused to provide her name when I asked. She’s rude and has terrible business/customer service skills.
Based on that 2 minute conversation with your “manager”, you’ve lost customers for life.
I will NEVER recommend Papa Saverios to any future customers either. Nicely done!
If you’re reading this, it’s best to get food from any other local businesses.

I had an awful experience with this place. My pizza arrived **1 hour and 13 minutes** after the estimated delivery time. I called several times and was repeatedly told they were backed up, but the pizza was out for delivery and would arrive “in a few minutes.” When the driver finally showed up, she admitted there was a mistake in the delivery, causing the long delay.
By the time the pizza arrived, it had been sitting in the delivery car for about an hour and a half—it was cold, soggy, and completely inedible. I asked for a refund, but instead, I was only offered a credit for a “free item” on my next order. After being lied to about the situation and receiving such terrible service, I will **not** be returning, and a credit does nothing to make up for this terrible experience.
