Nice eatery!
I had a very tasty, juicy, nicely seasoned cheeseburger with homemade French fries. Yum!
Another had fish and chips. Said it was ok.
Two others had the gyro and loved it!
Started with fried pickles. They were good, but a little too greasy for me our server was very good!
All in all, very good.
Will be returning

The place is really small and quaint. Although, its nostalgic not much has changed in the decades it has been open. The staff isnt friendly. The place isnt exactly clean. Trying to play pool is like trying to fit in parking spot for a compact car with a suv lol. The drinks were stiff but thats really the only good thing I took away from this. Besides it having a history and diverse ppl coming and going. Not a place to go unless your just bar jumping when in the city

Once you realize that fast and smiling service is not really their thing then you’ll settle in just fine . Classic downtown dive bar vibe with a decent beer selection at very reasonable prices. I could see myself returning here for sure .

On a family holiday, we spent a couple of hours away from the kids here. With students not yet returned, it was quiet, but the lively barmaid created a positive vibe all of her own and it was infectious. We had the pool table and jukebox to ourselves, with cheap beer provided. Good times 🙂

Absolutely love this place. Mike was our bartender and he was awesome. I’ve found my new favorite pub in providence!! Drinks are cheap, atmosphere is great, and the staff was top notch. Haven’t tried the food, but I will be next time I’m in!!
