I usually don’t write reviews but I want to say that I get my mocha and/or medium roast three mornings a week and my favorite part is NOT my drink (my drink is also great haha) but talking to corrodo or giani. both such sweet boys! the staff here is great except the guy in the afternoon who said he was the manager but wouldn’t let me refill my drink…

Honestly have had more than enough experiences from this kings park location. Satisfaction is rare unfortunately I always give them the benefit of the doubt and it just feels like they never fail to dissapoint and get your drink wrong. Even after complaining and getting a new one made, not worth spending your money here & I hope they can become better in the future.

This location is beyond interesting to me. Whenever I am there in the morning the staff is so sweet, the store is clean, and my drink is made right. I get that there is lunch rushes but the other day the so called “manager” Kelpsy gave attitude when i asked for my drink remade because i am allergic to WHOLE MILK. I like this location but how do you make my drink wrong than give me attitude when asked to correct your mistake

No one would serve me. Waited in front of the register for several minutes. It isn’t obvious where to order and where to pick up.
So I asked “how do I order?”. No response. Asked again still no response. So I left. I don’t know if walk-in orders aren’t accepted. Maybe drive-thru or in app orders only? Maybe it was because I was wearing work boots. But we’ll never know because I won’t go back.

The guy with the long red hair at the window named Zach was completely rude to me and my family first time I’ve ever been here last time I’ll ever be here. I don’t know why you would have long hair and a beard and not wear a hairnet and then get mad when you pass me a dripping wet cup with your hair on it, then snap and get mad at me because I asked you to remake it. Customer service was terrible. The other employees in the store were embarrassed for him. Even my children were in shock. This is completely unacceptable.

I was excited to try this location since it just opened up and it’s close to my home. Unfortunately I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Starbucks around here. I placed my order on the app as I always do, only ordered 2 drinks and 2 bakery items. The first thing I’m told at the drive thru speaker after giving my name was “DID YOU ONLY PLACE YOUR ORDER 4 MINUTES AGO?” I didn’t even know how to respond to that. Before I could say anything the employee goes on to tell me I should place my order 10-15 minutes ahead of time. (Okay… feeling unsure why I’m being lectured at the speaker) Then he tells me one of my items is sold out. Would I like to swap it? He suggests something I said okay sure thank you. I finally get to the window. This employee, I see now his name is Zach. He’s already frustrated with me for some reason and I’ve been nothing but nice, easy going, whatever. I’m not confrontational. He tells me again about the long time it’s going to take, hands me one of my food items. Then comes back like 2 minutes later with the other one, which was the replacement item but it was the wrong one. Closes the window before I can tell him. Comes back 5 minutes later with my coffee. Closes the window. Says he gonna work on the next drink. When he hands me the next drink it’s got 2 lids, not attached to the cup. It’s dripping all over the cup, my clothes, my car, everything. I asked if he could please put it in a new cup (bc that’s unacceptable) there was also red hair (from the employee) stuck on the wetness of the cup. He’s so mad at my existence at this point he says he will “remake it”, I just needed the proper lid. Then he comes back in 45 seconds with the “new drink” that originally took him 8 minutes to make in the first place??? This drink was for teenager who now doesn’t even trust to drink the drink bc of the interaction and the world we live in.
The entire time I was nice, polite, never rude. Maybe I was treated like… because of the name I use on my account. Was my name too foreign for your liking? Why was I treated like this from this single employee? I get it, sometimes people have a rough day. I am not the reason. I ordered 2 drinks and 2 bakery items that require no preparation.
I don’t recommend this location based off of this experience. I can’t say anything about the other employees, but Zach, you’d be out of a job if you worked for me. Customer service needs to be reevaluated. And your long hair should be tied up if you can’t keep it off the customers drinks.
I spent $20 here and wish I could’ve just left and went somewhere else. I felt completely out of my comfort zone during this experience.

Staff is lovely, efficient, and super friendly! Double checked if I wanted whipped cream on my pumpkin spice latte, which says a lot! (Of course I do) thanks for making my PSL with love.
This location also has plenty of seating and seems like a really nice place to sit and do work.
It was definitely busy in there because the location is brand new and convenient for a lot of people, but I came on a Sunday afternoon and they definitely were pumping out orders super quick considering.

The drive-through was closed on Saturday when we went which was unexpected. The entrance on Indian Head Rd should be wider especially considering the size of the parking lot. The parking lot setup is weird. The drive through is too narrow. The staff was pleasant. Some of our drinks were ok, while others were not so great. Definitely not worth the money.

ruby is an amazing barista! always get my shaken espresso since it opened and she always smiles and makes the drink perfect every time! she must not be new tho bc she does it quick so maybe a transfer from a different location
