I made the mistake of ordering from here the manager was rude and not helpful, seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder. My food arrived on time and the driver was great, but then the biggest disappointment of what she had the nerve to call a pizza was inside, it was pale slightly undercooked and the dough seemed like it was old as it was not risen (this was a pan pizza) the breadsticks weren’t any better pale and shriveled looking and flat not risen, trying to call in and make a complaint and the manager just seemed useless and rude. The best part is, one of my friends was in from out of town, and he loves pizza hut, but I live close to italos, and thats where we went after throwing that hot garbage out!

Bet you wished I bought that pizza I ordered. I know I did when you locked the doors and didnt answer the pick up window. I’ve got some advice for the franchisee. Keep it up! The food was absolutely disgusting, it was cold, thinner than actal cardboard. They missed a pizza and it took OVER an hour to make a medium pizza. Worst pizza ive ever had and ive had your pizza shop if you know you know.

it literally was perfect ! the management was so nice all staff worked together it was a great atmosphere!! My food was hot and fresh and even saved me money by giving me deals ! What a great store !! definitely 5 stars it was also very clean and good prices , will definitely be going back again

Update 6/06: thought I’d give it another try. The pizza crust was completely flat, overcooked, no sauce and barely any cheese. The wings had virtually no sauce.

Won’t go back. Called 25-30 times because they forgot my 2nd “Dinner box”. We had friends over for the superbowl. We didn’t eat so our friends could. Trailer park girl with eye tats did it for us.

Absolutely awful experience with this place. Ordered today, and it was over 20 minutes late. Then, it was marked “delivered” but never showed up. Called the store, and they said the driver couldn’t find our house, so they just left it at some random house—unbelievable! They suggested talking to a manager but hung up on us. Now they’re not answering calls at all. Hands down the worst service ever. Once we get our refund, we’re never ordering from here again. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
