First time here. They have been here for a while. They have a drive through? I saw this when I went inside to pick my order up. I might try it next time. I ordered pizza, wings through the website. The food was ready and hot when I got there. I got the pizza with special order instructions and was done correct. The pizza was smaller than I thought but it was good pizza. The wings were better then the pizza in my opinion. The food was good. I would give them 7 out of 10 stars. I will try them again one day.

We went through the drive thru last night a few minutes before closing, we were afraid we were too late. I have to commend their customer service. They didn’t turn us away or show any negative attitude. The pizza is pretty good as well.

I love their food here! I can’t tell you a favorite because, honestly, I do not have one, but I can tell you the variety of pizza are definitely worth it. One of my favorite things about Burnbox is that once you’re close to your order being done, you can add the endless sauces and small toppings on it. I am a fan of Balsamic dressing on pizza, it definitely gives it a different taste which I enjoy. I love the Seafood Scampi pizza because it’s seafood.
The Crab Salad I will share is not one of my favorites. The salad is lightweight for $15 and it barely has enough in it to be enjoyable. It would be best to build a salad so you won’t be disappointed.
I like the location. There’s plenty of seating and I like how you can see the toppings that will be going onto your dish.

I noticed a service tip charge added to my order, which I don’t really agree with. I order online specifically to save your employees time and to make sure my order is correct, so being charged an automatic service tip feels off.
Tipping should be based on actual service and experience, not added by default. If prices need to be higher to better pay employees, I’d much rather see that built into the menu pricing instead of an extra fee at checkout.
The food itself was fine, but this policy definitely impacted the overall experience. I hope management reconsiders how this is handled.

Im telling you, nothing is better after a LONG Monday than a $5 plain Jane. (I think you have to sign up for burnbox rewards to apply.) I am there EVERY Monday because you can NOT beat it. &the plain Jane is so fire just by itself, I add crushed red pepper.. and spend the evening in my bed, with my pizza, catching up on my shows… it’s heaven

This is delicious, good quality pizza. I had half Seafood Scampi and half Sausage. It was amazing but the pizza was smaller than expected. Their large was more like a medium sized pizza – just short of 12 inches after being cooked. The employees helped me order in the app because it doesn’t allow you to do half toppings on the pizza. I had to type that I wanted half toppings in the special instructions – hopefully a half topping ordering option will be added to the app. This pizza and an (8 count total wings) order of 1/2 hot honey lemon pepper and 1/2 BBQ wings regular price would have been $30 dollars (fair price for gourmet pizza and 8 wings) but with my Burnbox code they emailed me that expired on 10/31, I got the order for $16.99. Worth trying if you want quality pizza, including an option for cauliflower crust and decent quality salads. I also love there are several pizza sauces to choose from.

We stopped in during their soft opening today and were pleasantly surprised. They had many choices for the toppings and we loved the flat rate pricing rather than being charged for every little thing we wanted on the pizza. Staff were all pleasant and accommodating even during a fairly busy lunch hour. Definitely flavorful and served hot out of the oven. An overall pleasant experience!

It’s been a while since I ordered from BurnBox. Unfortunately, I don’t believe I will be returning based on the quality of pizza I received tonight. After picking up my pizza and driving a short distance to my home, I open the box, take a slice and notice that my pizza is extremely soggy. So much so that the center of the pizza stays attached to the box and rips off my toppings. Really wish I had a better experience but this pizza was a waste of money.

Let me share our great experience. This place is in Waldorf Maryland..We were greet with smiles and customer service was a 10 and better. I recommend this place to my family and friends. We ate in, and it was so clean and inviting.. You can create your own style pizza or order from their menu. I did both because I like all kinds of stuff on my pizza. The staff I am SHOUTING yall out and KUDOS as well you great service….
