The food is good. However, when I scanned their QR code on my Subway receipt for a $5 bonus, it signed me up for an escort service. The store has done nothing about the situation. This caused strain on my relationship and minor finanical damage.

I recommend that you come see Gracie. She’s professional and super kind and she definitely is a sandwich artist. She’s the best improvement for the subways around great falls in a long time.

My sandwiches were a mess!! I had to keep telling the worker what I wanteded, and when I asked for toasted she burned my sandwich 2 times. Both times I told her the oven was going off and she chose to ignore it. It took over 40 minutes to get 2 sandwiches made. All in all a terrible experience

Subway Manager I hope you read your reviews. I stopped in for a sub and soup on Sunday, December 4th at 7pm. The 2 young staff members that were working were wonderful! So friendly and calm. I left with great food and a smile. Keep those 2!!

3 pm on a Friday and there was no other customers in the store, but every square inch of the counters were dirty. Old dry food around all the tubs and all over the pay counter and spilled soda all over the soda machine and counters. There was zero attempt being made to clean anything or restock cups, straws, lids or any of the food items that were low, including the ones we were asking for. I guess maybe they had their hands full after the lunch rush, but they definitely didn’t look like they were even bothering with any part of cleaning or restocking.
