Our first time trying this spot, and we were extremely impressed! The food was made to order and absolutely delicious. The place is small, but the flavor is not! Some of the most authentic Mexican food we’ve tried in a long while. My husband had the Gorditas plate, and I hade the combo fajita plate. We also tried the beef quesadilla and a lengua taco. All INCREDIBLE! Definitely recommend!

Came to Palestine TX to check out this cute small town and decided to stop at Amanda’s for some street tacos.

Grabbed a street taco plate with chicken and beef tacos along with rice and refried beans – mouth watering. Wonderful authentic Mexican food with ample parking in the area. Highly recommend!

I have loved coming to this restaurant ever since it opened. I work really close to the restaurant so it’s easy to walk to them for lunch. My favorite taco is the picadillo on flour with grilled onions and cilantro and I love their chicken quesadillas. Their rice is very flavorful. I used to be able to get tamales from them their chicken and green chili ones were the best in Palestine but last year they stopped making them. The language barrier is hard sometimes but the food is worth it.

Delicious food. Tastes just like home made authentic Mexican food Grandma wouldbmake. Fresh salsas that have a nice kick.

Best AUTHENTIC Mexican food in town, this is no tex-mex and this is nothing but the best Mexican Restaurant in town.
Me and my wife will come every weekend to get barbacoa tacos, the chorizo and egg is the best and the nopalitos are always fresh They have Menudo and Caldo de res every weekend. Don’t miss the chicharron gordita! I highly encourage you to come here to taste the best true Mexican flavors and the best Mexican food in Palestine.

The bean and cheese tacos are simple yet one of my favorite classics. Superb tostadas as well; try either and it won’t disappoint!

We were driving through town and stopped here because of the reviews. The stories are true! The food here is just incredible. We ordered the al pastor street tacos and the chicken tacos, and we tried the different sauces. The meat was SO tender/juicy and packed with flavor, and the sauces had a range of flavor and kick that were all delicious ways to mix up each bite.

¡MUY DELICIOSO!

Food is more authentic than Tex-Mex. If they had queso and chips, I would go back more often. The servings are plentiful and filling. No complaints in the flavor and portion departments.
