I got the yellow rice, pork bites, Puerto Rican potato salad, and a beef and cheese empanada. Everything was very flavorful and delicious! The empanada was stuffed full of meat! The prices are reasonable. I will definitely order from them again!

First time coming here, and it’s definitely worth a revisit! Ordered pork bites and tostones with yellow rice. Everything was cooked to perfection. Savory and rich in flavor. I was greeted with positive energy, and the service was really quick. I definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking comfort food and getting a dose of authentic Spanish food.

Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu really. Great mix of smoked meats with a Spanish flair. Some staples you’d expect, but some unique takes as well. It’s take-out so you can’t eat it there unless you stand by the street (which we did).

I randomly stopped here after work and I’m so glad I did. What a pleasure being served by Jon. He broke down the menu and gave me options due to my indecisiveness. I got the dinner special which was ribs and two small sides (mac and cheese and the baked cornbread) for $14. What a steal! The ribs were fall off the bone tender and smokey. The sides were all very flavorful. The pork bites and cilantro sauce were a perfect pairing. I’m definitely coming back with the misses so I can order more food without shame. If you’re a sauce fiend like I am, get a side of their Alabama white bbq sauce. It went great with the ribs and pork bites. Go ahead and give these folks a try.

food was excellent, all the meats are smoked on location, super fresh sides, and the prices are very reasonable with big portions! we ordered food for 8 people and everyone enjoyed it. the sauces are all homemade, and the bbq sauce is top notch

My husband and I have been struggling to find good tasting food at decent prices, but have been pleasantly surprised by Jon and Maria’s. So far we ordered 3 different things and have really liked them all. This is honestly one of the only local places that we can eat at feeling completely satisfied and like we didn’t just waste our money. We highly recommend them to all.

I would say fusion food it’s hard to get right, Jon and Maria’s has the best approach to mix American bbq and Latino style food, the empanadas are easily the best of Lancaster city, the pulled pork melts on your mouth, and everything taste fresh and delicious.
