I placed an order on the mobile app 10 minutes before arriving the restaurant, hoping that it would be close to being done. Upon arrival to the counter, staff looks at me without acknowledging me saying they would be with me shortly. I had to wait 10 minutes or longer to be spoken to and to find out my order is not ready. I’ve waited an additional 15 minutes after being spoken to and no order still. So I’ve waited over half hour with no food while drive thru can order and get their order before me. Staff is really rude without acknowledging me within a few minutes of standing in front of the counter to be just looked at.

I went to this taco bell like 30 mins ago, 10/17/25, and the guy working the front counter has the best customer service skills ever. It was a little busy in there and it seemed like it was just him and one other employee at the time, and he just handled it so well. He was patient with the customers, checked in with everyone every couple of minutes to update us, and walked us our food to our table. Props to this guy, you’re amazing at ur job.

This place has to be the worst Taco Bell ever and the slowest customer service wasn’t great either. They rely too much on the computer orders instead of actual customer orders in person. And they still managed to get the orders wrong. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here

Absolutely terrible place always closes the employees they have currently (October 30th) are terrible. The only decent worker is the one white dude who seems to care. Food is always cold, drinks always taste horrible. This was a great Taco Bell if you liked the franchise this one has gone down the hall. Got there last night at 3:23am and they said they closed at 4? Okay so you’re open another 37 minutes. Dude flipped out tried to fight me through the speaker I mean absolute buffoonery. 1/10 ⭐️

I was here today at 1:57AM when the manager took my card and paid for the wrong order. She asked for my card back & fixed it. She immediately got disrespectful and rude when I asked for a copy of my reciept & a copy of the refund receipt. She proceeded to tell me I was stupid for asking for a copy of that information.
I don’t respect being called out of my name for managing my finances & asking for proof of a refund.
It was a distasteful experience and all I wanted was a copy of my final transaction and a copy of the refund receipt just incase my money wasn’t returned. The Manager that was there tonight truly wanted to fight with me about providing me with copies. It was the weirdest encounter ever.
I never recieved my final reciept and the order is all wrong. I only got the refund receipt.

The little Hispanic manager there deserves a raise and promotion. Whenever I am there close to closing time I am out the door with my order in 2 minutes or less. Even when DoorDash failed to assign someone to my order she had it ready before they assigned a dasher and I was able to pick it up

This Taco Bell is a Textbook Example for EVERYTHING wrong with running a business.
MIGHT shut down pretty soon for NOT hitting financial targets if untrained staffers and HORRIBLY slow service a lack of urgency – NOT acknowledging the Customers entering and standing at the Counter inside the Lobby ready to order and treating the Customers with SEVERE disrespect continue.
I should add that this review addresses mainly two staffers who were working on October 29, 2025, at 8:30 PM to 9:45 PM.
Those staffers the Caucasian girl who speaks CREOLE/FRENCH need re-training on Leadership; Sense of Urgency; Keeping Workstation Clean from Filths – things did not look appealing looking from the Counter; Communication; Customer Service and the Slim Black Male who worked the Drive Thru and interacted with Customers inside the Lobby needs to find a new Opportunity that aligned with rude service.
I visited this Taco Bell on Oct 29, 2025, at 8:30 PM and waited until 9:45 PM for an order that I ended up not getting because my food like EVERYONE else’s food were NEVER ready.
The guy before me had waited more than ONE hour for his order and then they forgot the drinks and even got his order wrong that he had to come back for.
This Slim Black Male working the Drive Thru who left the store at about 9:10PM on 10/29/25 verbally told several Customers including myself who had waited more than 30 minutes to cancel our orders and leave after telling him that we’ve waited for more than 30 minutes.
This Slim Black Male (I am Black myself to those thinking that the description used is racist) went to the back and broadcasted his disrespect to Customers with the Caucasian girl fluent in Creole/French that he told all Customers not happy with the longer wait time to cancel their orders and leave.

These reviews crack me up. These customers are complaining about eating Grade D meat. You’re eating at a Taco Bell,this is not seasons 52. If you look at indeed every manager position is posted. This tells me that the corporation is toxic and nobody wants to work there,so if it’s toxic and the food is crappy. Then why in Gods green earth would a human being eat at Taco Bell.
