Just moved to Palm Coast Florida. We just moved here from Southeast coast of Florida are we always use Papa John’s. It was excellent. Last night was our first time ordering from Papa John’s in Palm Coast Florida pizza was soggy and not cut all the way through ended up with a mess. The delivery was fine delivery person very nice.

I like Papa Johns but not this location. The food was great but service? In their defence it is always busy.. so I get it they get swamped. BUT no need to be rude… the lady with the brown hair there has pushed my buttons a couple times now… when I ask politely about my order (that I’m looking at on rack and READY on App) she says “they will call it out” No, they won’t. Kid would call 1 name and ran away… 3-4 people were there with ready orders. Anyway another time she finally brought it and some other clown tries to grab it. People these days I guess…

The service while late due to technical difficulties was not the actual problem. The quality of the food was though! That pizza might as well have just been ordered as plain bread only because that is what I basically got!! Papa John’s has been my go to for several years but this experience rubbed me the wrong way!

Food for pickup was a but slow on a Monday night but it was hot and fresh out of the oven. Slow and fresh is better than slow and cold. Didn’t have the dessert I ordered. Let me wait in lobby before telling me. They did make it up by offering a free 2 liter. Pizza was good.

One of the worst lunch orders that I ever got Decided to order a thin crust pizza with pepperoni and what they call burger bites…really disappointed and disgusting to say the least.
Thin crust pizza with crispy cuppy pepperoni was disgusting as well… not worth the price, however, on a Sunday afternoon the delivery was prompt and order could have been hotter.
Next to Publix, Winn Dixie, or Aldi I will have to make a mental note to pick up a better-than-John frozen pizza, and for go those bacon cheesy burger papa bites.
So long Papa, been nice while it lasted.. too many more flavorful pizza here in Palm Coast

Terrible service levels. This is the second time I enetred the store for a pickup and two people making pizzas totally ignored me. After 5 minutes watching my finished pizza getting cold I asked to be served and was told by a very rude lady to wait. They were not even busy!

Walked in last night to pick up an order just as the manager was finishing giving a pizza to two girls in front of me. As I walk up to the counter store manager walks away and says ill be with you in a couple minutes. She proceeds to turn on a tablet, and starts watching a show while making dough for pizzas. Left me standing there for 4 minutes until finally asking another employee to see what i need ( since she never asked or checked) the order i was picking up was ready the entire time just sitting on the rack going cold. If this was an isolated incident I wouldn’t even bother writing a review but unfortunately it is not.

The manager was screaming at one of the workers with a lobby full of customers about a mistake that she caused, blaming it on him. Then while cashing out a customer licked her finger, handled cash, then returned to prepping food without washing her hands. Meanwhile her long hair is all over the place while prepping food. I’m glad my order wasn’t ready when I arrived so I could see this behavior and get a refund.

Ordered directly thru your web site. Charged $5.50 for delivery, then 15% tip ($3.00 on a $20 order) for a total of $8.50 in delivery & tips on a $20 order. They then send me a message that the order will be delivered thru Doordash. Wow! Thanks alot! I have Dashpass and could of gotten free delivery. Same order was $5.00 cheaper with delivery & tip then ordering directly thru Papa John’s. Pretty underhand practice, maybe let the customer know that in advance so we could get free delivery.

Never answers the phone. I literally stayed on hold for 21 minutes before hanging up and calling back several times. They actually hung up on me and never did take my call.
Our pizza was cooked an hour early and sat there. We received it barely warm from the heat lamps.
