They are straw nazis. I work with people with intellectual developmental disabilities. The sad park is this is his favorite place to eat and we will definitely go to others just not this one. We do get food here regularly. We just eat out certain days so we are not always eating unhealthy fast food. The manger will usually be nice and give me a cup and a straw so the person I support does not choke. I thank the manger very much, however the girl on duty insists you need to buy something all cuz another place provides cardboard straws. Thank you for no customer service cuz now I will take him to a different burger king from now on and if he wants to go to Park City we will just bring it from a different place. I guess those straws cost more than he spends eating there multiple times a week on days we eat out. No worries other places will enjoy getting our money instead. I also wanted to thank you park city burger king for setting such a good example for individuals with disabilities about how cruel society can be to those needing special accommodations. It must send a good message saying you need to pay $4 minimum if you need a straw or you can choke. Thank you again for seeing such a great example. Again you will no longer get any of his or my money.

My kids had gotten food and we sat between burger king and sbarro. We accidentally left a bag at our table when we left. We didn’t realize it until we’d had left the mall. I originally called sbarro and was told to call security. Which you cannot reach by phone on Saturdays. I called Burger King as a last ditch effort. I wasn’t hopeful after the first merchant. The gentleman was more than happy to help me out! He grabbed the bag and put it behind the counter until we could return to get it. We are so grateful they went above and beyond for us!

I went for a whopper. Said Good Morning, can I get a whooper? The lady at the counter looked at me and didn’t say a word. She started walking to the back and started cutting onions like if I wasn’t standing there.

I waited 5 minutes before the register girl noticed I was there. I ordered my food but I could barely hear her. She kept pushing her hat down to cover her face. I repeated my order 3 times and she STILL got it wrong. On top of that I had to wait extra 2 minutes for my drink because she kept forgetting the drinks I ordered. The manager on duty stopped what she was doing apologized and quickly fix my order.

It’s not just this location, Burger King food is really low quality. I ordered a chicken sandwich small order and the cost was $11.00. The chicken was a mushy texture and the bun disintegrated. The fries were cold and the soda was watered down. It was hardly edible. I could go to the grocery store and buy frozen chicken patties and lousy bread and made a better sandwich for about $2.00. Get your act together Burger King. I used to rate you a little higher than McDonald’s but no longer can do.
Went again today. I was right the first time. Not going again.

I was able to eat the fries but frozen fries are the same everywhere. You can do better Burger King if you want to be king.

Bought food from there yesterday to go. I work at mall. My fries seen like they were from the day before, and bread was so soggy like it was sitting there from the morning hours. Had to trash my food. Never again
