At dine in the young lady always has an attitude and she has usually been as a cashier the times we have gone in. Very pretty girl but nasty dry attitude. Today we did ubereats and they sent us the wrong order for one, and it was spilled everywhere inside the bag. And yes maybe the Uber driver dropped the bag or what it but they still sent the wrong item.

Immediately irritated because the register girl doesnt understand time management. I ordered a new drink cant remember the name tasted like water she remade my normal one that one tasted like water…asked for a refund. I will say they tried to rectify the issue but i was tired of being disappointed after the excitement of going. I will find another location

This is my second time at this location, the first time I purchased the acai bowl at this location, the staff were in the back talking before we say hello, is anybody here before they came out. Finally they attended to us, the acai bowl was so watery and liquidy, we have drove far so we couldn’t take it back, on getting there today i notified the sales representatives of the last acai bowl she said ” we always make a large bowl at the beginning of the day and today acai bowl is frozen because they premade it this morning”. After the purchase the acai bowl was not tasting fresh and it feel and tastes like a frozen ices, we can’t even scoop it out because it’s like a rock. Not freshly made. I have purchased several time at the new location on 119th. The acai bowl is always made fresh and tastes good. I’m never going to this Cicero location again.

Ive come to this location twice and ive been satisfied with the costumer service both times. The workers there are very kind and have attended me very politely. Both times ive gotten a bowl and it was prepared within 5 minutes. The workers sandy and sheila were very helpful in recommending me something from the menu and even cared enough to make conversation and ask how my day was.
