My husband and I always come here when we’re in town – this was one of his stomping grounds when he was in college. We always get the Bloody Mary and it never disappoints. The super savory pickle spear, cheese cube, and pepperoni really make it unique.

Worst slots ever I will not be returning. And the service well I walked up. Two bartenders working. Just talking took 4 minutes to even acknowledge I was there. Then gave me my drink but continued the entire time talking small talk to each other. No how are you welcome to the cellar. Nothing!

Still the best Bloody Mary I have ever had. I stop in every time I’m in Carbondale. I have had too many good evenings with friends in the cellar to even begin to count. Many Friday nights started at The Cellar.

Good bar. Crowd is usually older, wont find 18 year olds around here. Nice and chill with good prices. Bar staff is quick and nice. A simple place with not much to offer, but is appreciated by people looking to have a calmer night and grab drinks. Definitely recommend this bar.

GREAT place. Our bartender was awesome! She helped us choose a great pizza for dinner – offered some good IPA choices and all around made it a great stop on a sleepy Wednesday afternoon for two “all hiked out” travelers. Thank you!

As a local I’ve never really cared much for the cellar, small and crowded HOWEVER due to covid they have spaced out tables which is AWSOME and the bathrooms and entire place smelled good and clean! Idk about u but that’s unusual in any bar these days lol good job Cellar! The bar tender was always cleaning and wiping down tables anytime she wasn’t serving someone. Very happy customer here.
