Seriously good burger, and fries! We had the American because you have to try the standard first. The bun was deliciously toasted but fresh. And the folks there are smart, the heavier toasted top was on the bottom when I opened my container, meaning the yummy special sauce didn’t create a soggy mess. Who thinks like that? Perfectionists, and it impressed. We ordered for 5:15, arrived 10 minutes early and were told it would be 8 minutes. Also impressive.

The meat patty was well seasoned, perfectly cooked and huge. But somehow I ate it all. . I loved the grilled onions but felt they could have been more plentiful. I paid $.75 for added pickles and saw 3 slices. Sad panda

The fries were your standard fare, but elevated with seasonings that included garlic. Yum! Unfortunately the fries were lukewarm, thus 4 stars instead of 5 for the food. I’m leaving a five star overall because 4 would not be enough. A 4.6 would be perfect.

Had our office order delivered via Uber eats and it was phenomenal! Everything was fresh and the burger was cooked perfectly! Cheers to the chef and the staff at That Burger! A must stop if you’re in the domain area!

Today I tried a burger that completely blew me away! It was perfectly crafted, with a balance of flavors and textures that made every bite memorable.

The patty was juicy and cooked to perfection — a beautiful sear on the outside and tender, flavorful meat on the inside. The chef clearly knows how to season properly because every bite was bursting with taste.

I tried the French and Italian burgers! The filling was very tasty and juicy! I will definitely come back here again!

I decided to try a burger spot that had promising reviews. It’s a food truck near the Domain area, with two benches for seating. I ordered the French Burger and the Italian Burger. Both came with fries, which were generously portioned and pretty good. However, the burgers were disappointing. The French Burger had strawberry jam on top of the bread, which didn’t work at all for me. The Italian Burger was overly greasy and tasted far from healthy. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Spent a week in Austin checking out the local spots, and this one easily takes the crown. The brisket fries? OUTSTANDING!! never had anything like them. I went with the French Burger plus an extra side of chimichurri, and it did not disappoint. Trust me, you’ll thank me later.

My husband and I aren’t typically huge food truck people but we wanted to try the highly rated That Burger and WOW was that a good call! I had the French Burger as is, he had the American Burger without most toppings (he left the bacon, mayo, and cheese). We are definitely going back to try more of their offerings.

Standouts from The French Burger
Pillowy bun
Toppings (brie, arugula, mushrooms, jam, truffle mayo) are a perfect balance of savory and sweet and perfectly compliment the burger

You order on an ipad. I don’t remember there being an opportunity to specify how you want your burger done, but if there is, don’t get snooty about it. Just take it as it comes. They know what they’re doing!

Little burger truck at the Domain that’s slinging some unique, tasty, thick n’ greasy burgers. Just the way I like ’em! They were sold out of the German, so we got the Italian (mmmm, pesto) and the Argentinia (omg the cheese in this!!!). OUT OF THIS WORLD in flavor. They come with fries that you can upgrade size and/or to their loaded fries. If you haven’t tried them yet, get them loaded, delish. Staff was friendly and the area they’re in is nice to sit and people watch at a distance, or cut to the green and sit with everyone. I will say it was a bit pricey, but you can see and taste why. Quality ingredients, and fine tuned pairings make it worth checking out. This isn’t a fast food slop shop, keep in mind that they are cooking some monster size burgers to order, it takes a little time.

I love how unique these burgers are. Each one representing the flavors specific to a country. The smashburger is simple but delicious. The Italiano is flavorful and the Argentinian also was well made. The loaded and truffle fries are packed with seasoning and toppings. Overall love the service, food. Thanks Arturo for your hospitality!

Don’t pass this food truck by. Had a the Blue Burger with pear slices last night. It was absolutely delicious. The burger was so juicy and the flavors meshed so well. Fries were crispy and well seasoned. Staff brought our food to us where we were seated at a picnic table. Cute little area, well lit and convenient. Would definitely stop by again and try the French burger.

Food was great, I want to come back and try the other burgers. It was a food truck so seating was outside. It was a nice temp to go (in the 70s) but in the summertime it might be too hot. Tried the Mexican and the German, both were good in different ways. I’ll be back to try more! I recommend getting the sauce for the fries.
