Oh my gosh, this was hands down, the best Dominos ! This was the best pizza I’ve ever ate! Maybe it was the Parmesan crust, oh my gosh, it was so good. I just order marinara sauce as a dip, because sometimes the pizza doesn’t have a lot of sauce. But it’s good, because tomorrow it won’t be soggy. Too much sauce, a soggy pizza later. But oh my gosh, this was so delicious!

The Good:
1. The $9.99 “any size pizza, any toppings” deal was great!
2. The Italian Sausage, Green Peppers, Black Olives, Mushrooms, Spinach, and Pineapple that we ordered were plentiful.
3. It was the right size.
4. It was ready on time and hot.
5. The employees were all very polite.
The NOT so Good:
1. We ordered extra sauce (because we don’t order cheese), but there was barely enough sauce to call it a regular amount.
2. We asked for Hand Tossed, but the main crust surface was too Thin with a large edge.
We order from Domino’s at least once a month in 2 different cities in Texas.

Standing at the counter for 5+ minutes without anyone in sight to initially order and then another 5+ minutes to pick up my order is absolutely unacceptable. Where are the employees? The number one priority in the food business is the customer. When the customers feel like your teenage employees could care less about them, or even doing their job in general, those customers stop patronizing your establishment. Maybe if the volume of the music playing in the establishment were lower the employees could here the bell meant to gain their attention. Assuming they actually cared, which is highly doubtful.

Rude as can be, the girl answering the phone was bothered when I asked her what coupons were available. She said there were more than 20, and she wasn’t going to read them all to me. I replied, Okay, but how do I know what’s available? With a snappy attitude, she huffed and puffed and started to read them. I simply decided not to order from there and went ahead and ordered through Door Dash Little Caesars.

Domino’s app is still horrible; thankfully, Grace was able to take my order over the phone, so I will be enjoying Domino’s tonight.

Generous amounts of ingredients, cooked perfectly and the quality is good for the money. Staff is friendly, although sometimes disorganized however.
I highly recommend using the app and everything is just fine and this is after 9 different orders. The best deals are clearly stated on the app and you get your points at the same time!
Some people complaining about employees when calling the store to order is ridiculous!
This isn’t 1940 and Ike’s store from the Waltons television show and the employees just sit around talking to each customer like they are the only one
I pick up our pizzas in person and never have a complaint with delivery. It takes less time and maybe fifty cents in gas and no fees or tips and no mistakes because I check the pizza before I leave!

Ordered pizza, 2 salads and some chicken bites (Not great). Tipped the driver and had a few pieces of pizza. Was deciding who gets what salad and see that one was moldy and brown and had a expiration date of the 20th and the other was the 25th which is todays date.
Called the number and had to wait for 22 minutes until someone answered. Told them and they are going to send out 2 new salads. I expected to be refunded my whole bill and new salads.
What a joke. This is why I hate Dominos Pizza. They let anyone own a store with no business sense. It is all about paying the franchise fee.
We only ordered as they were the only ones that would deliver to the hotel.

PREVIOUSLY:
Cancelled a delivery order that took about an hour to deliver and I live six minutes away from the store. When I called, the manager said his driver, who has delivered here before, cell phone died. So he circled back for almost an hour to write directions down, for a six minute drive. SMH. I’m just amazed.
