This is the second Arby’s that I have tried and its the same story. Sandwich was terrible and fries were old. Great customer service but not so great food.

I stopped in and ordered the Wagyu Burger deluxe meal with no pickles and no cheese. I also requested to have crinkle cut fries with No Salt! As you can see, the fries look like they have been fried twice and the burger was cooked to underdone for my taste. I don’t see how this could occur when I was the only patron in the restaurant. Total trash experience and waste of $11.87.

Lady at the window is very rude. I was the only car in the drive Thu. This is a picture of my fries because I ordered regular fries and she gave me curly fries she said that the curly fries are there regular fries. And very rudely she said you mean crinkle fries and this is what I got. Total waste of money. Never visiting Arbys again. I was a manger for Arbys for 13 years. I know this is unacceptable customer service.

I came in the other day and ordered the classice roast beef sandwich meal. The fries where so fresh, crunchy, Perfect the sandwich was too good also. Nicole was took my ordered so friendly, probably one of the best interactions I have had at a fast food in a while. 10/10 would come again.

Ordered two items through drive-thru, a sandwich and side. Had to pull forward and wait while they cooked the side, no problem with that. The problem is they missed part of the order for the sandwich and I had to go back through to get it (going inside was not an option this time). By the time everything was finally correct, the food was cold. Cold Arby’s food is GROSS
