I always get the rib tip & chicken wing combo with the mixed sauce on top, and I must say, they never disappoint! A straight 10 out of 10! The customer service is really nice and the cooks always do their thang! The place stays packed because the food is just that delicious! Well worth the wait!

They Usually have good ribs. But I came in 15 min before closing time and got the worst ribs of all time. Sauce was watery and the texture of the meat was unbeatable. Won’t be going back they lost a customer. If I could give them zero stars I would!!!!

The food was so good I ate it twice yesterday. I had the $10 holla for lunch. It came with chicken wings, tips, a link and fries. It wasn’t drenched in sauce but it was just enough. My daughter and I shared it and it was just enough to get us full and not over eat.
We the went back for a mini rib tip, this time we got the spicy sauce, earlier we got the regular mild sauce. It was just as good as the earlier meal.
The customer service was also A1. It was a group of Black men doing the damn Thang. && they were handsome and respectful. 10/10 recommend it.

The food is good, but the service is a disaster. I placed a $160 order at 1:00 PM for a 5:00 PM pickup for an event. Despite the four-hour heads-up, the food wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I was forced to wait over an hour. Great ribs aren’t worth the total lack of respect for a customer’s time. I won’t be returning.

I just purchased lunch today and it was outstanding. I ordered the large rib-tip combo(hot links) and six wings with mild sauce. Everything was hot and fresh. Tips were tender, and wings were fresh. Great lunch

The food is good no doubt about it but the SERVICE is horrible. I placed an order an hr and half in advance took another hr to get there intentionally because I know they’re slow.. and ended up still waitin another 45mins. Due to this I will not be returning. That is ridiculous and unacceptable customer service

I’m from Champaign South Central Illinois Small Time Chi- town. That barbecue is excellent soft, season, juicy. Those links are to die for my brother. Whatever you’re doing please do not stop. A lot of restaurants get started with something good and then they turn off the ovens. And raise the prices.

Well, I had to see what all the excitement was about, so I decided to pay Woo Woo a visit as recommended by coworkers on 2/9/2024 for the first time. Let me start by saying that I purchased 2 large tip/link combos and a full slab and the links were on point, but my order of tips were mostly pieces of bone and barely had any meat on them.
As of now, the full slab is in the fridge and will be eaten later. I have to say that after reading the reviews prior to my visit, I knew to call in my order ahead of time so that I wouldn’t have to wait long. After working all day, the last thing I want to do is wait for an order of food. I ordered at 5pm while at work, and when I left work at 6pm and got there at 6:15pm, .I still had to wait and left the establishment at 6:30pm. I feel like getting my order 1.5 hours after placing it is unacceptable. The combo meals were lacking with and after spending $77, I expected better. My first visit didn’t live up to my expectations & I’m undecided about any future visits. That’s it… that’s all!
