We ordered and they got it wrong. they were snotty and after we went to pickup are second pizza we had to wait 10 minutes in the parking lot. The girl we talked to was incompetent she kept saying she had to talk to her manager. She had to ask for what crust we had ordered when we were there and they asked for are phone number 3 times. They weren’t understaffed we were able to count 9 people working just from the parking lot and they didn’t even apologize or give us compensation.

Not happy at all this the second time in less then a week I got not appealing food like how can you be ok with putting that in a box and bring it to a customer. Who wants a burnt sandwich and hard bread? No me I will not be ordering again from this location very disappointed

I placed an order last week 2/3/26 and never received my pizza and they closed before I was able to call I’ve been trying to reach out via email because I don’t have a lot of time to be on a phone call due to my job and still have had no response other than dominos created a case number for me. I just want a refund and they make it impossible. no where in the app does it allow me to mark it as not delivered nor am I able to get ahold of anyone via email. I’m going to keep trying and if I can’t get anywhere with it I’ll have to contact my bank and do a charge back. Overall very disappointed.

Worst Domino’s pickup experience ever. I received a text message saying that I could reply here and pull into the pickup spot and put on my flashers and the food would be brought out to me immediately. I waited there for nearly 10 minutes and everybody ignored me. when I went inside and asked what was going on everybody just stared at me like I was crazy. someone basically told me that they’re not going to bring it out to me because I didn’t respond on the app!!! why in the world did I get a text message from Domino’s and followed the directions on it if that’s not even what this store is going to use? No sorry, no apology, no offer of a coupon. basically pushing me along With zero acknowledgment that they did anything wrong. Not to mention that so many of them had so much makeup on their faces. I can’t even imagine what might be ending up in my pizza. I love Domino’s. But you sure can do better than that, owner Jason Scheel.

I placed an order to be delivered to Americinn Janesville WI. My pizza is fine. However I ordered plain wings and asked that they be cooked well done and they were not. They also forgot my ranch. I also got cheese dip with garlic not. The cheese dip was burnt and not dippable. I called and spoke with Krista and complained but she said call back in ten minutes. I called back and spoke with manager Andy who was very rude. He argued with me. He told me I hung up on someone and said Everytime I call it’s something and that he thinks I’m trying to scam him. He did offer a gift card or to remake the order. I told him the wings are gummy but if I could get buffalo wings cooked twice and he agreed but said the cheese dip is how it comes. I explained that I ordered it last time and it was perfect but he continued arguing that whoever made it last time must have put to much cheese. He made it himself. I told him it’s stuck to the pan and not eatable. He then says if it sits any amount of time it will get that way. I told him I opened it while I was on the phone giving my complaint and it was like that already. After constantly going back and forth I just said forget it and he says have a goodnight. I forgot to add that I asked manager Andy would he eat it and he boldly says “I don’t eat anything here”. Way to represent your employer. Domino’s need to do and hire better.

I have had that a very long streak for not liking Domino’s Pizza, and I must say tonight definitely changed that I got the stuffed crust Pizza and oh my gosh, it’s great! Definitely one of the best things Dominos did and pairs great with the garlic sauce. The staff looked kind of tired but I understand that and hope they get the rest they need, their service was great. Best stuffed crust pizza in town! I will definitely be back

I’m a traveling hockey parent and really had no issues with the service at this location ,, pulled up to the carry out window and was greeted with a min and I was handed my pizza .. of I went !

Been a fan of Domino’s Pizza for many years. They keep changing the ingredients like the sausage but it’s still a good place to get pizza. I like the different sauces too. This time I was so hungry I got a sandwich too, which isn’t too bad but I think they are a little on the pricey side. Good thing they fall into the coupon for 2 or more $6.99 each. Ordered a Chicken bacon ranch sandwich, pepperoni and italian sausage pizza with robust tomato sauce, and Italian sausage and diced tomatoes with garlic parmesan sauce. All of it hit the spot. I also like the pastas at Domino’s too
