Wow, Pizza Hut really outdid themselves. I was feeling nostalgic so I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and breadsticks and apparently paid extra for the leftovers experience. The pizza was cold, like it had already been on a scenic tour of the city, and the “stuffed” crust was more of a suggestion than a feature. The breadsticks? Stale enough to qualify as croutons. Truly impressive how something so simple can be done so badly. Just take your money down the road and go ANYWHERE else. Thanks for the reminder of why I won’t be ordering again.

I’ve frequented this restaurant twice both times I’ve been disappointed. The first time I received the wrong order. When I returned the order along with my receipt I was told there was nothing that could be done because I had opened the order. Not wanting to debate this, I just left.
My second time I was greeted with a nice counter person and all was good. When I got my my order the bread sticks were burnt. I went over to the competition bought some fresh bread sticks.

we just ordered/ate a Big New Yorker pizza, it was absolutely the worst! the pic you see on their website is a lie! there was no visible cheese, taste like it was under a hot lamp for hours, dry as a bone, un-edible!

First time ordering from here. We got the new flat bread pizzas. Mine was extremely overcooked and dry. I had to drench it extra sauce to make it edible. My wife’s was fine. So clearly they just overcooked mine. Horrible

Do not order from here! Last time we ordered there was hair all mixed into the pizza. We waited a month to order again and there was hair in our pizza again. I’ve never been so disgusted in my life! If I’m seeing hair what else is going on that I don’t see.

For the amount of money I’ve spent for a family dinner we were totally disappointed, the food was cold, the chicken was hard with not enough sauce, and our fries were little to nothing.

I was picking up an order, which was in his fridge for 30 minutes, and it took 30 more minutes to deliver it, an hour waiting, when they finally do it the ZAC boy literally threw them in my face, I returned them, it is understandable that there is a lot of work and they get stressed, but it is not the attitude, very disappointing, I will definitely not buy here again

At some point Pizza Hut or the DoorDash driver tipped our pizza and it stuck together. The pepperoni pizza has very little cheese and sauce which made it very dry.
Disappointed and will stick with Domino’s.

I miss when Pizza Hut was dine in, but this works pretty well. My pizza was ready four minutes early, and the guy at the counter was professional and friendly. Pizza was hot and delicious, kids loved it.

We purchased this yesterday originally it said it would arrive at our house at 7:39 @ 8:15 We called the restaurant to find out if everything was okay or if we needed to come get it We were informed that the driver had come to get it recently and that it should be at our house soon. We had a problem in the past where the food sat forever by the time it got to us it was Cold so I asked If the food had been sitting for a while and if we needed to just cancel and reorder and I would come pick it up I was assured that no the delay was on their end and getting it cooked and not in the pickup. Fast forward the food finally arrives the pizza is cold and solid you know happy to get when it sits out for a while and the cheeses completely solid and the breadsticks were soggy because they had been sitting in a hot bag there was moisture in the bag a lot of moisture actually we could dump it out. The boneless buffalo wings there should have been eight of them and they fit into my hand I wear a size small in women’s gloves these were also cold. Very disappointed My kiddo was really excited to get pizza because he had gotten a good grade and I told him if he’d turned in all of his work and got a good grade and did all of his chores for a month We would get pizza. Needless to say he was pretty sad when the pizza arrived this way and I ended up just making dinner.
I don’t know if this is just the area we live in or what but it seems that a lot of the restaurants around us in this area the folks just don’t care which is why we don’t eat out as much anymore probably a good thing saves us some money.
