The bagel sandwiches were tasty, the coffee was good with a nice atmosphere.
One suggestion: ** Prices should be posted **. I understand that prices change frequently and the chalk board is a pain to update. However, printing out a plain sheet of paper with current prices is easy to maintain and gives customers basic needed information.
Displaying prices would keep us coming back.

Brown lettuce on my BLT. My son’s breakfast sandwich was great. If you are advertising BIG BLT please check your lettuce quality. Usually I have a great experience here, must have been an off day. Always support local even if they have an occasional hiccup. I’ll still be back. Sunflower bagel and jalapeño cheddar are the best in the area.

Bought bagels on Sunday jan.18, 2026.they were almost 3 inches across. Smallest bagel ever. Tasted sweet(everything bagel). So disappointing and $8.99 for 6 bagels. If I wasn’t so tired I would have brought them back.

I felt very welcome at cool beans, going to a new coffee shop for the first time can be intimidating but all the vibes were good and welcoming. The adirondacker sandwich was delish and as fresh as you can get. and my raspberry iced latte with handpacked espresso was the best coffee I have had in awhileee. 10/10 recommend

Just a one woman show making delicious food & coffee. The bagel sandwich was delicious and fresh. No microwaves in this kitchen. And the adorable bubble gum machines on the way out brought back many fond memories. Thanks for a great breakfast!

Their breakfast sandwiches are the best! Bagels are always fresh and my fav is southwest chicken chipotle one! Also wake me up smoothie is delicious! Highly suggest to visit 🙂

We love cool beans and we used to go constantly. We gave it up for a while after they stopped cooking their bacon at all. We gave it another shot recently and the bacon was still completely raw. I don’t know how this can happen every single time but it’s not worth it to go for raw bacon 🙁

Nice little coffee shop with good coffee and bagels. The barista was friendly and worked very efficiently as the only one there. I also liked that there were outlets at most of the booths and that they sold discounted day-old bagels.
I do think that there needs to be better ventilation over by the griddle as it is a relatively small space and there’s a lot of bacon being prepared there every day.
