Order a couple burgers from Burger King. Not another customer in sight. Get to the window. Get told its going to be a 15 minute wait, and if I could just pull around and park. I said that its absurd to wait 15 minutes for fast food and asked to cancel my order. Got told I can only do that through the app. So after navigating that and going back and forth with the “customer service” rep I got a refund after another half a dozen more emails. This kind of establishment is supposed to be fast and convenient, but for the amount of time I spent I could have went to a sit down restaurant. Shame.

Ordered whoppers and some chicken fries some drinks ect. They forgot the chicken fries and crushed the sandwiches. Along with putting them on the wrong too small of a bun. Called and asked for a credit since I was home manager said I see u in a bit for replacement and hung up.
Had to drive out there get the whole meal replaced after arguing about it they thought after 30 mins it was acceptable to just give me the chicken fries they forgot. They again gave me the wrong buns in the replacements to which the manager explained they didn’t even have whopper buns and are waiting on the truck. WHY? Are we selling whoppers then? WHY I mean honestly at least tell people ur going to give them a bun with meat sliding off of it because it’s too small. Frustrating waste of time gas, no reimbursement only frustration. Disappointed.

Made an order at the wrong location. Definitely my mistake. I used the systems robot to cancel the order and place it at this location. It told me that I would get a credit of $10. I didn’t get a credit when i made the second order. I got charged twice for an overly microwaved whopper meal. Jessica from the BK Guest Care Team is trying to tell me my request is expired? Gross business. Gross people.

Daughter goes to bite into cheeseburger and finds plastic in it!!! She almost choked on it! Called and after trying to get me accept a “credit”, which this company never honors, they finally gave me a refund.
Will never go to this one again and if you value your health, stay away from this one too…. clearly they don’t value their customers.

Went through the drive thru today. Normally good service/food from this location. People in the drive through were on their phones. Buns were hard, burgers were cold and hard, cheese wasn’t melted Fries and onion rings were cold. Chicken sandwich had so much Mayo it was dripping out the sides.
4 kids and 2 adults and nobody would eat it. No one answered the store phone.

The fries where super fresh crisp on outside and soft on inside and super hot. The whopper was perfect. Mr Daryl took my order and served me my food. He was super polite, easy going and his smile made my day. Well done!!
