I ordered a jjblt with extra mayo and cheese for pick up. Got there and sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes. They weren’t taking care of the drive thru customers, only the ones inside. I pulled to the window and they gave me my food. Here isthe sandwich they gave me…. BLT with no lettuce or tomato… but atleast I got bacon I guess. Anyways, freaky fast is long gone and now they cant even make a sandwich correctly. Good luck

Waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru for two sandwiches and a drink. The drink had almost no ice in it because it had sat for so long. The staff was not friendly, somewhat rude and we watched a girl with pink hair walk back and forth aimlessly as we waited. Beyond frustrating. I had to go in to the store to let them know that our sandwiches were just sitting there, they just had to hand them to us. Girl with pink hair just stared stupidly and one guy argued and was rude.
Not to mention the quality of food is awful compared to other stores. Spent $27 on 3 pieces of turkey on a sandwich. Corporate needs to get ahold of this store.

Its a Picklewich! Had to have it with pickle chips of course! Don’t mind the littlest pet shop critter in my chips, my daughter gave him to me, and he loves Picklewich’s too!

There is ALWAYS a 10 -15 min wait here. Today I waited 50 minutes in the drive thru!! For 1 sandwich and 2 kickin ranches…. after all that time they still got my order wrong! Im beyond pissed off. They also made me feel as if they were waiting on me… um yeah i wont be back.

Ordered online to pick up on our drive home but when we arrived the door was locked. It was 8pm and closing time is 9pm.
The restaurant was very clean which was great! However, two of our three sandwiches were supposed to have cheese in it. Went back to let them know so it could be fixed….AND THE DOOR WAS LOCKED AGAIN!! It was only 8:10pm!!
Apparently they don’t want to be bothered by our business.

Worst sandwiches ever. Ate at J
J.in marion ill. Stay away from there. Ate at J.J. in Terre Haute in. Last week. Awesome expierence. Products i got today were terrible. My bread toasted sso much was rock hard. Picture showed sliced chicken. I g.ot abouttwo tablespoons of shredded chicken. One slice of bacon. Three small tomatoe slices and half a head of lettuce. My wifes speciality sandwich was so dry had to put packets of mayo on it. Was supposed to have avacado spread on it. Couldnt find it or taste it anywhere. Talked to a very rude guy that said he was manager. Wasnt nothing he could do about it. Refused me corporat phone number. I spent $27.00 dollars on two reg sandwiches no chips 2 med sodas. Figured what i got was worth maybe $5.00. If you want J.J. GO ANYWHERE BESIDES MARION IL.

Horrible. Last 2 times I have been here: 1. I waited at least a half hour in the drive thru to get food. 2. I never got to the point of ordering food. Completely ignored, sitting at the speaker. A couple other customers left the drive thru with me.

We ordered online, got there and our food was ready. Both of our sandwiches were wrong, we took them back inside to have them remade and they were wrong AGAIN. Don’t recommend and won’t be back.

Good, clean JJs (I’ve been to a lot of them). Staff is hit or miss friendly – some crazy friendly, some just there to get the job done. But I’m not there for the staff, I’m there for quick, delicious subs and they nail it here. Always fresh, always fast (freaky fast). Clean tables, floors, and bathrooms. All around good. It’s an every-other-week stop for me, sometimes weekly. Order in the app for quick in/out service. Pick up inside, sometimes the drive-through is packed.
