I stopped by this Panda Express today and the whole place felt like a warm pocket of good energy. The staff were genuinely kind, fast, and welcoming, the type of people who greet you with a real smile, not the forced kind. The service moved smooth and everything felt organized.
The restaurant itself was clean from corner to corner. Fresh smell, bright lights, and a steady vibe that makes you want to stay a few minutes longer. The food was hot, flavorful, and you could tell they cared about doing things right. Even during the busy moments, the team kept the line moving without losing that friendly attitude.
Overall, this spot has great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you walk into hungry and walk out happy. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Ordered online Large Grilled Teriyaki Chicken Staff gave me a small. Came home and found this small grilled Teriyaki. Disappointed. Paid $12 for this large Chicken Teriyaki. Horrible attention to service. I would recommend not ordering online.

As other employees stood idle, and focused on their phones, Lee was the only one that was responsive to our needs, and attentive about filling our order correctly. Since their idleness was obvious, he finally walked over and spoke to them and they retreated to a back room area out of view. Sad for one employee to be carrying the weight of three! Having visited multiple Panda Express locations, it was clear that there is a habit of under portioning here, even with the bigger plate order. One can conclude that this is likely a directive from the owner to try to save cost, while compromising the brand expectations. My Hope Is that corporate will review this, and hold them to a higher standard as other locations visited in multiple states. My partner also had to wait for beef broccoli, which is a common staple, because it was not on the line. The idle employees were likely the ones responsible for ensuring that it was there, and as a result there was extended wait. Compared to other locations, the only shining star was Lee, who was working overtime in his efforts to try to take care of his customers, While others were not carrying their own weight. The food was good overall, but the experience was disappointing.

This is our 3rd time to give this store a chance, after Covid- FAILED. We arrived at 1:13pm 12/26/22. The store was not busy. The fried rice was undercooked and had hard clumps, dry, and had no flavor. The Teriyaki chicken was OK but lukewarm. The lo mein, which was the sad part, they chopped in about 2 inch length size, not the long noodles that signifies longevity of life, according to Chinese custom. The lo mein as well had no flavor. The portions were smaller than usual, so the value for your Dollar was not good. The ice machine was broken so our drinks we not cold as could be. The warmed/cooked sauce for the teriyaki chicken, they don’t make it anymore, they just give you a packet. Since the store opened, this place has been a joke compared to other Pandas stores. At least the place was clean. We wont return to this store again. I will pit this store on my “swear off” list. What happened to restaurants? it’s not just lousy service, it morphed to serving bad food, which puts people health at risk.

The beef and broccoli tasted rotten, the shrimp were soaked in oil, I hate wasting food, but I couldn’t risk getting a severe food poisoning.
Panda used to be good not anymore. I question the food safety training on the staff.

Prices seem to go up and portion sizes keep going down. Today’s entrees didn’t even cover the bottom of the plate plus no greens available. Would have to wait 5 mins….which turn into 10-15 mins

I would give this place 3.5 stars. Food is alright good. Not good good but alright good. Service is fine. Quantity is good , quality is fair. The only thing i wish they did less is add so much cabbages in the lo mein. Last 3 times I went I shid you not the cabbages count was more then the noodles itself. Forcing me to get their plain fried rice. Honest take

This is the worst Panda Express we’ve ever visited. We will drive farther just to not go here. Grumpy and stingy workers, so little food prepared, always out of food, serves different portion sizes depending on who the customer is and whether the rude main lady who is Asian wants them to have enough food or not. This was an awful experience where I bought the biggest plate and ended up with not enough food to even feed a child.

Food is great but not enough workers. It took a long time (15 min) to order when there were only 3 customers in front of us.

Being to this place once a week in the past year or so. Order online to avoid long wait during rush time. It could get really busy during peak hours. Store manager and experienced staff are welcoming and accommodating. Price is low especially no tips needed. Some new hires need more training but it is to be expected.
