The lady at the register was polite, friendly, and very hard working she deserves a raise as she was working at least twice as hard as the younger gentlemannext to her. She literally had almost exactly 3 footlongs done before he had 1 finished. They could probably use a 3rd person working to ease the load of the 2 that were there. She worked very efficiently hard and fast. The younger gentleman who was working with her will hopefully catch up to her efficiency and work ethic. They had highchairs, disabled parking and access ramp.

Don’t waste your time with online orders at this location. The portion you will get in your sandwich will be pathetic. You’re better off going inside to watch them make the sandwich yourself.

The evening shift workers did a terrible job making our sandwiches. It’s nothing but bread. One of the workers were complaining about they have to make 5 sandwiches. Wish I could get a refund.

Subway is my favorite place to eat.. but the one on plantation is horrible. The first time I ate there it was a bit busy so I let the display presentation go but went back a second time no one was there other then one person sitting and eating and the display was yet again painful to look at each vegetable was mixed into other parts of the display, sauces all over the place. Idk who management is but they need to start leading. If any one is allergic to olives don’t get pickles, very disappointing.

Made our sandwiches VERY sloppily, wrapped my sandwich up with both ends of my sandwich hanging out of the bag. Their phone system also doesn’t work, so they really should fix that. Their veggies looked terrible and wilted.

Went on 6/17/2025 at approximately 8pm at night and nobody came to the counter for at least 10 minutes. When the guy finally came up to the counter he stated that the register was messed up and couldn’t take any orders. I feel something was off that day. Corporate should look into that. If you can’t service anyone then at least lock the doors and close because it didn’t seem like any trouble shooting was being performed on the cash register.
