Never again. We visited for a special Christmas Eve experience. We were greeted rudely at the door. The hostess explained that we could not have hibachi. We tried to get a reservation the day before but were told we couldn’t. Yet they were to busy with reservations for us. We decided to sit in the dining area and have dinner. They said the hibachi meals were made in the same way. Just in the kitchen. The meals came out and it was totally different. The rare steak came out well done. The rice and noodles were dry. It was totally different than the hibachi experience regarding the food and experience. The server was very nice and attentive. But from the rude lady at the very beginning to the bad food this experience ruined our Christmas Eve experience. DO NOT sit in the dining area and order hibachi. Better yet..do not eat here. We won’t again .

Angel roll was one of the worst rolls I’ve ever had. The Tuna in it was almost black and it was chewy. The the eel looked black, slimy and weird. It did not taste good either. The bonsai roll was ok, refreshing.

The food was disgusting I just went yesterday 2/13/26 with some friends it was four of us. We each order our food one of plates we order steak and chicken ( the steak was suppose to be cooked medium well and it wasn’t it was cooked well done). Order noddles combo instead of rice noddles was dry looked and tastes uncooked the vegetables were not all the way cooked soft. We were dine in. But when it came down to paying my food was $36 one of my friends was $30 I paid 50 for the both of us other person paid $36 and another $50 and we were still told we own money they definitely over charge us we all included tax and spilt gratuity. Customers was horrible we felt rush and this places definitely will never see my money again.

It is a very quiet place with a good service, usually as chicken with sesame is excellent with white rice, it is spectacular, it is accompanied by soup or salad but they are a little insipid.

This place is great and my family loves coming here. Food is great, highly recommend the sashimi platter, and their crab rangoon is probably the best in the area. Staff are friendly and the service is usually really good, too. Sometimes the restaurant is cold and they don’t always hit the mark on absolutely everything, but for the most part this is a great place to take your family and have a nice meal. Definitely give them a shot if you’re looking for a good sushi or hibachi place. Hope this helped and good luck out there!

I have gone to the sit down hibachi grills yearly as a little treat sometimes, just recently I used Uber Eats to order some hibachi for dinner on a busy day, the food is always great, but today for the first time ordering it out instead of dining in- the 12$ hibachi chicken order was half full (if not more) of lettuce, which is not included. I ordered three hibachi sides. The noodles & fried rice were both for 7$, great food and you get good portions of them, delicious. But the chicken for 12$ was over half full with lettuce. I didn’t expect them to fill the container to the brim overflowing with chicken, but I feel it’s reasonable to ask for them to at least cover the bottom for a 12$ order of chicken. (And maybe more egg in the hibachi fried rice. I didn’t see any at all, not too big of a deal though it’s good)

Today’s experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Our food was brought out in the wrong order — we received the rice and sushi first, but no soy sauce. By the time the meat and soy sauce finally arrived, the rice and sushi were already cold. We had to ask a different server for a refill on our drinks because our server never checked on us. Then she only returned to drop off the check and took about 15 minutes with the card. Overall, everything went wrong.

Normally I love tokyo as they have great food. My boyfriend and I just went to go sit down and eat there and we’re turned away. The website clearly says closes at 10, and at 9, we walked in and asked to be seated and were told the only thing we can do is order takeout. I’ve worked in food service before so I definitely know how annoying it is to be sat as the restaurant is closing however this was not that. We only would’ve sat to eat our food and then leave and they didn’t close for another hour. I’ve never heard of this & quite frankly this has made me not want to come back.

Zero stars , Went with a party of 11 . We were rushed out didn’t even get to sit & enjoy the food. Asked for water they said their “machine is off” so they couldn’t give us anything to eat. Food was raw. Most of the group ended up with food poisoning for little bit we did get to eat. Manger doesn’t take accountability is very rude hung up in face when I expressed my concerns .
